While I don't know her surname, her first name is Deborah, and she works at the Subway located at 74 Northside Drive SW, in Atlanta, Georgia. I have had brain surgery, and I now suffer with multiple sclerosis; I therefore conduct a lot of business over telephone because of limited mobility. Needless to say, I have run into MANY rude clerks/managers over the years, so when I run into a nice and polite one I am relieved. When I run into one with outstanding customer service, I am overjoyed! Today, after dealing with Deborah, my cup overrunneth with joy. <smile>. She was so sweet and patient with me that I actually thought I perhaps knew her personally, but had forgotten (that was not the case). She was also very professional on top of that! I've never written in before about a Subway employee before, but Deborah is definitely worth the effort. I don't know if Subway gives out corporate-wide awards, but if you do, I hope you consider her for one. As far as I am concerned, Deborah is the shining example of employee that all food service companies make believe they have in their employ. In Deborah, you have the real thing.
