    I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred today at one of your Subway locations. While placing my order, a shorter male employee prepared a 6-inch tuna sub and asked whether I wanted extra tuna. I clearly stated that I did not. Despite this, he added two scoops of tuna. I also ordered a 12-inch Philly cheesesteak along with another 6-inch sub. During the order, a woman who identified herself as a manager—she stated her name was Jessica but was initially unwilling to provide it—placed my cold sub in the same bag as my hot Philly cheesesteak. When I politely questioned being charged extra for the tuna, she became visibly upset and told me to “shut up and move on” so she could take the next customer. A second male employee then joined in and also told me to “shut up,” stating that they did not need my money while I was standing at the register. This behavior caused multiple customers in line to become frustrated and leave the store. For clarity, the cost of an additional scoop of tuna is $0.75. Instead of calmly addressing the issue, the manager threw away the original sub and remade it, unnecessarily escalating the situation and delaying service for others. When I went to pay, the register operator became extremely aggressive, cursed at me, called me names, and used racial slurs. Despite this, I completed my purchase and left the store. I have been a long-time Subway customer, and I was shocked by the level of disrespect, unprofessionalism, and discriminatory language displayed by multiple employees. This experience was humiliating and completely unacceptable. I am requesting that this incident be investigated and addressed appropriately. I would also appreciate follow-up regarding what steps will be taken to ensure customers are treated with basic respect in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.     As my custom, I ordered the Protein Bowl with rotisserie chicken (because its just awsome no matter who makes it) and Im glad they used the correct amount of protein. The guy with the dread locs that made my food was very polite and attentive, and the food I ate was pretty good CONSIDERING THE FACT that the biggest problem I usually run into with Subways is the protein amount and WILL THEY CUT MY TOMATOES AND ONIONS UP (because I force myself to add them to be more healthy on my health journey of loosing 85/100 lbs) and here's the thing... I asked politely for them to be cut and the manager told me Subway discontinued cutting vegetables, even tho they cut tomatoes in 4, and it's clearly a franchise so they technically CAN help with that if they chose. The manager came and had a really nasty attitude about me gently asking again and continued to try to have a sword fight with me in front of MY MOTHER and other CUSTOMERS, that shook their head at his customer service skills, and I let him know I'm gonna have to leave a review and he got nastier and told me to "NEVER COME HERE AGAIN" and sarcastically thanked me with his stand-offish posture and facial expression. I thanked the gentleman who made my bowl before and after I paid and happily walked out knowing I have to find another Subway to go to next time. I'm new to the area and besides the fact I felt SOOOO uncomfortable during the situation I almost considered even moving to another side of town. The reviews for this guy made me realize ITS JUST HIS ARROGANCE and nothing else. Clean place, but dirty manager or owner. FIND ANOTHER SUBWAY is what I'm trying to say. I hate to leave bad reviews of bad experiences like this but I warned him and he confirmed he could care less and made it worse. I hope he gets better, because the area is so nice he just doesn't match. I hope this helps someone who doesn't want to experience such service. God bless you all! @chevymarleyceo
