- ASAngie SNov 1, 20251.0I ordered my food on the mobile app and forgot to ask for it toasted. I tried to call the store and it kept going straight to voicemail. I was about 2 minutes away when I placed my order. When I went inside, I asked for them to toast my sandwich. It was already made and they told me they couldn’t remake it. They told me I should have called, to which I stated that their phone didn’t work and that I tried. We kept going back and forth and finally they said they could toast it but they took the vegetables off and put it back on after, which I thought was silly since they could have just replaced it. When they gave me the sandwich, I realized it was not toasted at all. They began to talk and laugh as I was leaving the store. The service is HORRIBLE and the sandwich was HORRIBLE. I would not recommend to anyone. Please do not shop here.
