  Service was substandard. Most every table needed to be wiped down with crumbs and debris everywhere. Employee was watching videos on his phone full volume. Didn’t ask us if we wanted to have our meal to go or eat there. So so we sat down to eat. But five minutes later, the employee asked us to leave and lock the door even though the hours still showed open.

  Right across the street from the Roark Capitol headquarters I bet you anything they don't eat there because they made it disgusting

  I got the wrong food from an employee. I do not blame him for not speaking the best of English, it was completely not his fault. However, his lazy manager that was sitting at a table as if he was a customer watched his employee botch my meal. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich and I got a rotisserie sandwich. I know he knew his employee messed up because not only did he hear me express I want a chicken salad sandwich he was the one who rung it up. I decided that I would keep my sandwich due to me being on a short lunch break. Moral of the story, go to a different subway. It’s a shame because I work in the area and I will not be coming to this subway.

  No enforcement of wearing masks. Incredibly slow service
