- APAryan reddy palaviAug 5, 20251.0This store never has what they need or what they sale like un hygiene bowls, sauces, bags, spices etc. Their inventory is always low. There is a middle/older age guy that works there who is always rude. I overlooked it once before when he interacted rudely with another customer but it’s gotten worse. He has absolutely no customer service skills and it appears that the store owner doesn’t mind as he listening to his unprofessionalism. I am real disappointed in this business and if you want to be treated like a valued customer, this place is NOT it.

However, his lazy manager that was sitting at a table as if he was a customer watched his employee botch my meal. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich and I got a rotisserie sandwich. I know he knew his employee messed up because not only did he hear me express I want a chicken salad sandwich he was the one who rung it up. I decided that I would keep my sandwich due to me being on a short lunch break. Moral of the story, go to a different subway. It’s a shame because I work in the area and I will not be coming to this subway.

It tasted horrible, obviously that steak was a week old and rotten! Threw out the whole sandwich. Have not had any pleasant experience for past couple of years in Subway! Total shame!
