We got to the counter at 9:40pm… almost an HOUR before their stated close time of 10:30pm. They were already cleaning up and stated that they could serve us, but only chips and drinks. I asked them if they weren’t open until 10:30 like all signage (online and as shown here states) and they said no. With their work ethic, and closing almost an hour early, I doubt the food would have been very good anyway, since customer service is clearly not their strong suit. And, with the same reports happening for almost a year now, it seems they could use a change in management too. No one seems to be capable of doing their jobs correctly. Whether it’s running the restaurant or managing their staff.

It longer than usual to get two sandwiches made, and there was no one else. My steak and cheese had the 3 pieces of cheeses on one side of the sandwich. They had no tomatoes at all, lettuce and banana peppers were not looking too good. Then, I usually like my chipotle sauce on the side because I don’t like the bread all wet with the sauce. They could not give me a side of it. I have been to Subways all over the world and have never had this problem. It was the worse subway steak and cheese that I have had, the meat was even cold. I could not finish it. The area was not too clean either. Customer service was poor as well. I will not be stopping at this subway again.
