  Dinner was great as expected. However, our server Taylor made the night incredibly special! She was the kindest and most informative server! She went above and beyond to make our night here. Thanks so much! Look forward to returning!

  The food was really good! It would’ve been better with yum-yum sauce tho😭. Taylor was amazing to have as a server, we had good conversation and she was really nice and chill!

  I’ve been coming to this Korean BBQ for a while and really enjoyed it in the past, but unfortunately the recent menu changes were disappointing. They removed my favorite green sauce, which was a big part of what made the food stand out for me. On top of that, the ramen has been changed, and it’s just not the same quality or flavor anymore.These changes really affected my overall perception of the place. What used to feel unique and comforting now feels less appealing, and honestly it doesn’t make me want to come back anytime soon. I hope they reconsider some of these changes, because the restaurant used to be much better.

  Never even got to eat here. I had made a reservation months in advance. They send a notice, 2 days before at 9:45PM. Stating they were closing early and the last seating would be at 9pm and kitchen closed at 9:15pm. My reservation was at 9:30pm... Okay so I attempt to reschedule it. The earliest I could do is 8:30pm which won't work for us, also barely leaves us anytime because honestly I dont know or trust what the service will be like when its THAT close to closing time. Very very irritating.

  Unfortunately, our experience at Ssanjang was very disappointing due to poor service. Our waitress initially came to our table and we asked for a few more minutes before taking our order, but she never returned. Another employee later asked if we needed help, and we told him we were ready to order. He said our waitress was with another table, so we agreed to continue waiting. After watching her serve three additional tables, she still never came back to us. We ultimately decided to leave to avoid further disappointment. As we got up to leave, no one acknowledged us or asked why we were leaving. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but completely neglecting a table and offering no follow-up or accountability is unacceptable.
