- EWElizabeth Williams3 days ago1.0me and my husband placed a mobile order for ice cream and we waited for 35 MINUTES before we ended up just leaving. all that we ordered was a milkshake and a blast, THATS IT! when we asked a worker, nicely, if they could check on our order, she walked right passed our car ignoring us. they were also multiple other cars that had been waiting for awhile, and a backed up drive through. (i would also like to add that when we first arrived there was only one other car there, so i didn’t think it would take long). the workers were so rude and we never even got what we ordered. now we’re out $11 dollars and i will not be giving anymore money to sonic for a long time. i’m not normally one to give bad reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. do better people 🤦♀️

The lady says that they’re only open for drinks like fountain drinks???? Why would you keep an entire restaurant open to just serve drinks?. I’m not sure that this is how fast food restaurants work. Taco Bell would never do me like this. Won’t be returning
