Food took over an hour to come out! (We say at 8:48 and food didn’t come till 9:57). When it came out my pesto pasta and the potatoes in it were undercooked and the chicken on the side was over salted. I already normally eat a lot of salt so food being over salty for me is rare. Also bread service is supposed to be included in dinner but they never gave it to us.

The restaurant was not the best. We had a reservation at 8:15 and didn’t get seated into around 9 something. If we hadn’t requested to sit outside who knows how long we would have had to wait. Not to mention the food was simple and not the greatest as well as the service being extremely slow. We had to wait around 40 minutes for our appetizer let alone our food.

The decor/ambiance/design of the restaurant is beautiful! Not too loud of music, intimate feeling, low lit but not to the point you can’t see your food. I sat at the bar. Ordered the Not Your Average Honey drink and it was DELICIOUS and beautifully garnished. ✨ they also largely discount parking, down to $3.50 within 4.5 hours of you parking. I ordered the crab ravioli which was hugely underwhelming. The wine didn’t taste reduced, there were lemon pieces that were a bit too bitter, the crab was on top, I expected it to be lump crab but it was small shreds, and it was lacking in the simple crab flavor. Plus it was a very small portion, maybe 7 small ravioli? The breadcrumbs on top didn’t make much sense or taste well with the dish, and maybe because it was on a plate rather a bowl, it cooled down very quickly in its way to me. I pushed through because I had time constraints but I do not recommend getting this dish.

Went for a work dinner. The decor was nice, sat at the bar and ordered a gin and tonic. The lady running the bar didn't have the best attitude, and the drink cost $18... for a bottom shelf gin and tonic? We were promptly seated at our table and met our server who seemed kind. They took our drink orders and came back with wine promptly. We then placed our food orders where we came across issue 2. Four of the items on the menu weren't available as they run out. This included the only fish on the menu and the roast chicken? I ended up ordering the short rib ragu. We then wait TWO HOURS for our food to come. Literally, not hyperbole, TWO HOURS. We got one tiny serving of stale bread which no one wanted to eat as it was impossible to chew. The worst part is we recieved ZERO updates from our server, at 90 minutes we asked what was going on and they said 'it's not our fault, we're busy'. We looked around the restaurant and it would be kind if I said they were a little over half full. Finally after two hours of waiting, confusion and zero communication from our servers - the food arrived and to put it mildly, not a single person at the table enjoyed their food. The risotto my coworder had was watery and had way too much tomato in it. The Parpadelle I got had ZERO seasoning - it was the most bland pasta dish I've ever had. I hailed the server and asked for salt at which point my other coworder who ordered the same thing said he was incredibly thankful I'd asked for salt as he believed the chef must have a salt allergy. At the end of the night I got my parking validated and left. The next day at work everyone was joking about how it was the worst meal they've ever had. Fair warning, expensive with poor food, poor service, and agonizing waits.
