A chocolate covered pretzel, $1 and change... not bad, a bear claw - a couple bucks, you know what not terrible. I order a chocolate covered strawberry and the lady asked me if I wanted a second one and you know what, who wouldn't, so I say hit me with it. She rings me up and it's 9 nearly $10 for 2 chocolate covered strawberries. For the first time in my life I gasped and was aghast. I ended up buying them since they already packaged it and rang it up but the chocolate wasn't $5 a chocolate strawberry worthy. It was decent chocolate but the experience won't have me be a frequent shopper there

However, when opening the bag, the pecans were all stuck together & were definitely not fresh. I called the store & spoke with Catiera. I informed her that I would bring back all of the bags, even the one that wasn’t fresh. When I went back the next week Catiera was there & she made it right. She gave me a slightly larger bag of the glazed pecans & five bags instead of four. That made my day because I live about 45 minutes from the store. I appreciate the service I received and the customer care. You don’t always get that kind of friendly & apologetic service at other stores. I’m in gratitude to Catiera & her team!
