- JMJust Me4 days ago5.0I have to tell you....THIS store needs to be a FLAGSHIP STORE for Atlanta. I had made a mail order and the order was delivered to the wrong address due to Fed Ex mis delivery. When I called 'customer service' and even the flagship store in Savanna, GA, I was treated really badly and no one seemed to care about my $40.00 order. I was hung up on by 'customer service reps' and even Tammy Randall a MANAGER- at the 13 E. River Street store in Savannah. But---that changed when I called THIS store and spoke with Lynette and Jede. They were determined to make this right for me stating that this is not how customers should be treated and that satisfying customers should be a team effort. They made the trip from THIS store all the way to Douglasville to personally deliver my order to me with a smile even though they had NOTHING to do with my unsatisfactory experience. Want to know what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like ? This is it. They truly deserve credit for what they've done.
