- MSMelvin SpencerDec 31, 20251.0Today I ordered an steak bowl they put steak , pinto beans and only chicken in which the agent out small of chicken in bowel I asked more that agent reply that will be another charge I think since they didn't have two out three items for bowel extra chicken shouldn't 't be an extra charge then I ask little more guacamole and agent reply this will and extra charge as well I'm not against pay the extra but if I'm going pay extra I ask customer need have better service with item for good bowel and not partial bowel with all these extra charges this need be addressed immediately and the front line agent need better retraining on how make customer happy when you don't have items .
