  If I could give a zero star to this place I would. I was waiting there for 40 minutes for them just to tell me they cancel my order. No apologies no nothing. But I did hear everyone laughing talking back in the kitchen though. I’ll never come to this place again

  Pizza was rancid a couple of months ago. I was afraid to go back but needed a quick meal. Today I gave them another chance. It was tangy. I'm Done. FYI Heath score is an 81, which is pretty bad.

  They stole my money and never refunded it. I ordered FOOD for my daughter’s school flag football team and they never delivered our food and they kept $51.17 of my money. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS. If I could give them a ZERO I would

  they are always late on getting the order made just tonight i placed a order a 5:45 to be delivered and i still have not received it at 8:25 they are rude to you on the phone and not helpful at all update i never received my order and they did nothing to compensate me for them not doing there job they were not only disrespectful to me but also to the doordash drivers that they use for delivery i would not recommend this location to anyone

  Placed an online order for a medium pizza, cheese sticks and extra sauce. Order was delivered by DoorDash. Upon delivery found pizza to have no marinara sauce on it, it was half baked, not cut into slices and pizza appeared to have been dropped as it was a hot mess. Cheese sticks were not cut either and the was no marinara sauce to go with them. Paid extra for additional sauces as well that I did not receive. Called the restaurant 20 times and they would not answer the phone. Customer service call center kept answering the call and telling me I had to call back and speak with someone at the restaurant. How the hell am I supposed to do that if they won’t answer the damn phone. I would have been happy with a redelivery but customer service said they could place a redelivery order but couldn’t guarantee I would get it. What’s the point then?!? This is insane! At this point I just want my money back! Update: Got in my car and drove 15 minutes to the store. Assistant Manager refused to either remake the order or issue a refund. Said GM would not be available for 3 days. Called customer service back and still was unable to get any resolution to my issue. They kept me on hold for 20 plus minutes just to transfer me to the store which I had been trying to call for over a hour and couldn’t get an answer and had to get in my car and drive to in order to speak to a person. They were just as rude as they were at the store. This store is filthy where the customers can see, I can only imagine what it looks like in back where the food being is prepared. I am a general manager for a large dealership and if any of my employees ever treated their customers with this level of disrespect I would fire them on the spot. This location needs shut down if you can’t treat your customers any better.
