  Food portions are already small so giving out pieces from the bottom of bag and counting it as a full boneless nugget is ridiculous. There was barely any cheese on the pizza. Overall the food was disappointing and I remember why I stopped eating here.

  YALL LISTEN UP!! This Pizza Hut IS SO GOOD. THEY NEVER MISS. The guys / girls in there are so kind and they ALWAYS deliver on good pizza. It just slaps in a different way and they deserve more love than the current review status gives them. GO TRY IT OUT PPL.

  If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. I placed an order for 10 pizzas today, January 18, 2026 at this location at 4:44. I was in town for a festival and had a limited time frame to feed my parents and students. It was supposed to be delivered by 5:19 based on the email I got. By 5:35 I called to check status. The “manager” answered and after going round and round giving the information from my email, he claimed he did not see the order. I became frustrated and the line went silent. Then another manager picked up. I repeated the issue. The manager then apologized and said that the other manager was new. He then said unfortunately they had to cancel my order because they didn’t have enough something. He mumbled the last part and said that they were busy and did not have a chance to call me to let me know. Are you serious? What kind of business cancels an order and doesn’t notify the customer? He then told me he’d like to find a way to fix it…to fix it my order should have never been cancelled or at a minimum I should have been notified. He asked if someone could possibly pick the order up…I didn’t have access to anyone to do that and that was not the intention. We ordered delivery for a reason. This is absolutely unacceptable no questions asked. I did contact corporate as well. I would expect that the owner of this location reach out. Also, whatever they did do with my business debit card, my bank then called me to verify there was not fraudulent activity. I called Papa John’s right down the street and they delivered hot and fresh pizzas for the same cost and also within 25 minutes. I leave reviews all of the time. I also give honest reviews based on exactly what happens in my experiences. I would NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again.

  With Pizza Hut being my favorite pizza place and favorite food item, it was refreshing to find 1 that really cares about how they make their pizzas. There is no atmosphere to have here. You pretty much pick up your food and go. Simple.

  This location won't last wrong. Staff is extremely unprofessional. One time I went in and a girl was talking to her friend on speaker phone. The last time, I was completely ignored after he asked what order I was there to pick up. He really just serviced the other people while ignoring me. Even the people were wondering what was going on.
