Breadsticks were plain, had no garlic or cheese on them. Pizza was way overcooked, ordered extra cheese and got light cheese. Asked for a refund/credit and was transferred to 4 different people. They issued a credit to my phone number but it’s not transferable to another location. Horrible experience. Went back to use the credit and was told "I don't see it, so you will have to pay for the pizza or you not getting it". Pizza Hut will never get another dime from me.

I ordered a pizza at 11:46 pm Friday night 2/20/26. According to confirmation email, it was supposed to be delivered at 12:16am. At 12:24am, I called the store to check on the order since it hadn’t been delivered. The automated system stated the store was closed. The pizza never came. This morning I called and asked for a manager. The woman, Laronda, was very rude, rushed and unprofessional. I explained to her what happened and requested that the order be remade, I received a refund, and that I would pick it up. She declined, and offered a $15 credit. I asked if she had a superior, she stated “have a great day.” I recorded the call as well to show her extreme unprofessionalism. She did state she was the only one in at the moment however, that does not give her permission to be so nasty. My order number is: 151720406.
Great experience at Pizza Hut on 10th Street! Oasis provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct and fresh. The food was hot and ready on time, and her positive attitude made the visit even better. I truly appreciate great service like this. I will definitely be back!

I’ve noticed a lot of reviews mentioning the “manager,” but I think people are really talking about the shift leaders. The actual store manager is great and very professional. The day shift is amazing—fast, friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. You can tell they care about customer service. The night shift may need a few changes or improvements, but overall I’ve had good experiences here, especially during the day. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I had to take a brief moment to shout out Miss Loronda who took care of me tonight. When I placed my order through the app, I was unaware that an old phone number was saved. The driver arrived at my home, but was unable to reach me. So, my order was returned back to the restaurant. When I called to check on the status of the order, Miss Loronda was extremely pleasant, warm, professional, and accommodating. Without asking, Miss Loronda offered to remake my entire order free of charge and have it re-delivered, even though the error was on my end. On top of that, she went into my profile and changed my phone number for me. Thank you again, Miss Loronda for your exceptional, and “above and beyond” approach to customer service. It is greatly appreciated!
