It was so bad that we started over and spent another $100 and wait an hour to get pizza from another place. We filed a complaint with corporate Pizza Hut, who referred our complaint to the local store and assured us we’d receive a response. That didn’t happen, and after a few follow-ups with this local Pizza Hut we gave up. If you want a cold, poorly-cheesed pizza with a topping of disappointment, then this is the hut for you.

The general manager took my call. He had the pizza remade. Mr. King informed me the pizza had both toppings. They just did not put enough toppings on the Mr. Ken made it right by making sure we received cheese bread to accommodate us for having to wait again for another pizza to be made. I appreciate that that is what good customer service and being a great general manager
