If I could give them zero stars I will, I ordered an ordered online and got a notification saying it was ready once I entered the store I was waiting an additional 35 minutes later only for them to tell me they misplaced my order. Somehow found the order and attempted to give me cold pizza.This store lacks plenty of miscommunication and no guidance on how to solve challenges with situations like this.

I tried one of your New Pan Pizzas, sorry I have to say it is one of the worst pizzas I have ever had from papa John’s.. all the toppings were falling off each slice when I tried to pick it up, and it wasn’t cut all The way through had to use my own pizza cutter to finish cutting it.. 🤷♂️

Extremely disappointing Super Bowl experience at this Papa John’s location.
I ordered the game day promo for two large, two-topping pizzas through customer service and selected in-store pickup. When I arrived, there were hundreds of people waiting and the store couldn’t even find my order after I had already waited about 30 minutes. I was forced to place a completely new order and then waited nearly another hour.
On top of that, the pizzas I finally received were incorrect, but due to the chaos and volume of people, I felt pressured to just accept them. I also wasn’t given a receipt until I repeatedly asked for about 15 minutes because they claimed they were out of paper.
Because of the delays, confusion, and poor organization, I missed the entire Super Bowl—something I had specifically planned this order around. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had and far below what I would expect from Papa John’s.

Horrible experience. They said my order delivered but actually didn’t called and they said it was just now going out. Never came called again they said they don’t see order anymore. No help provided.
