- JDJamaal DentNov 13, 20251.0I experienced very unprofessional customer service during my visit. The entire team appeared to be out of uniform, and my DoorDash order was not ready upon arrival. I was initially told to wait five minutes, then an additional eight minutes, while one of the employees was visibly scrolling on his phone instead of attending to orders. Another customer had to remind the employee to put on gloves before handling food, which is concerning. While waiting, I also noticed that the front area was extremely dirty, including the ceiling, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation standards in a food service environment.
