  Visiting from Dallas we decided to come to this restaurant around the corner from my hotel at the Wyndham. We called ahead to place the order and we ordered a medium beef pizza, we were told that it would take 18 minutes so we went to another store to allow for the time of preparation. They even sent an email confirming the order and gave us a tracking. We provided more than enough time prior to going to the restaurant to retrieve the order. When we arrived I went on the inside to pick up the pizza and they were so far behind that they didn't even have a tag with our name on it for a pizza. There was about four people in the entire store. As I was waiting I noticed some things that was quite disturbing. The lady that was preparing the dough and putting the tomato sauce on the dough was right next to other pans of dough waiting to be prepared, I looked up at the ceiling and noticed that the AC was letting off a lot of condensation and they even had a bucket right next to the dough that appeared to be collecting the water. The issue that I saw was that the condensation was being blown by the AC unit all over the dough that was sitting open and exposed. I immediately became disgusted because I thought about all of the dough being contaminated from water blowing around from out of the ceiling. The only thing I can think of is that people are eating this food unbeknownst to them that they have been exposed to possible chemicals from a ceiling from a AC unit. Since they were nowhere near at a point of trying to find our order I just went ahead and left the store but I was so disgusted just thinking about bacteria in the food.   I always get well baked .. if they don’t feel like doing it just don’t because this is well BURNT.

  Shirley gave amazing service. It took no time. I ordered on line in her presence due to some technical difficulties I was personally having on the app but her pro service killed the in in convenience so by default convenient. It'll be a lose for this location of she leaves and she in their with no coworkers. She really had the power of Maria y Jesus in there with her. I hope I see her again. I can't remember the last time I decided I want Papa John's but my return visit will be much sooner because of her. She deserves a pay raise. Thank you Shirley. You made my day.
