  Most of the tables and floor dirty, no cashier only one kiosk working one of the employees advice that due to no manager at the moment there was not a cashier taking order.

  the BEST panera bread i’ve ever been to!! AMAZING SERVICE and you can tell they make the food with nothing but love.the manager mareese made sure i was taken care of and lilly, ian and barbary excelled in customer service. i live 45 mins away from here but im willing to make the drive to them every time! love yall and thank you again for being angels <4

  I just had one of the best salads I’ve had at any Panera Bread! I normally get a Greek salad with no meat. Every other Panera needs to take note. A gentleman named Wynter made the salad and he did an INCREDIBLE job! I feel like I got what I paid for!

  Closing up the bakery almost two hours before closing is terrible service! This was at 8:20pm. The cashier or manager on duty said they were cleaning to close so they packed all the stuff up. Wow!! I just KNOW corporate or the district manager doesn’t know they’re doing this at this location.

  So disappointed. When did the standard of franchised restaurants change? I’m tired of blaming 2020 for the lack of quality food I see in restaurants. I understand standard of living has gone up but when did it become ok to cut the portion of food size down and raise prices, while at the same time diminishing the quality of the food itself? I ordered from their pick two menu and chose the Frontega Chicken and Broccoli Cheddar soup with a lemonade to drink. I remember Panera Bread having one of the best lemonades out there. The fact that it used to sit behind the counter even gave it more value and oomph. I even remember it having pulp that made it taste homemade. Now it sits next to the fountain drinks tasting so watered down and plain. The Frontega chicken used to taste way better as a panini. Now it is literally half the size and in an inflated bread with no substance in between. It felt like eating a piece of baguette with ingredients that happened to fall in between by accident. There was more bread than actual chicken or other ingredients that were supposed to be in the middle. As if that wasn’t disappointing enough, I got done with the sandwich to open a half container of soup. Just when I thought that was it, I noticed even the side bag of chips were smaller. I wouldn’t have believed it if someone else had told me Panera Bread standards have crossed over to this disappointing side. Total waste of $16 to not even fill me up. The only thing I saw that was very pleasant in this location was the attentive staff that were walking around cleaning up after their customers. I was honestly ready to speak my mind by calling on the manager, but it just felt very unproductive telling a team member because what I had to say would just stay in-house and not help others that may be interested in coming in for a meal.
