- DWD WallaceDec 28, 20252.0Horrible service as a customer and as an UBER eats driver. I ordered 2 avocado toast from here. The worker cut the toast in half, spread the avocado on it then proceeded to toast the cado with the bread. Who eats hot avocado. As a driver I took an order then canceled after waiting 45mins. Took another higher paying order. 10 mins into waiting for the second one the first order I canceled comes out. 30 mins to the second order I ask the server if he has my order in his cue he mumbles something I can't understand. 5 mins after I ask again how long my order is gonna take. His manager asks what order. I show her on the phone then she said they had to cancel certain orders because they were out of supplies. I said so yall were just gonna let me stand here and say not say anything? The first mumbling worker says in his outside voice "I said I didn't have you on my screen". I said I couldn't even hear you. Thanks for waisting my almost 1.5 hrs of my time Panera.

Group of kids talking in the back, older female had to remind them to be on task. Young African American girl forgot my sides and then proceeded to toss them to me over the table. Horrible service. This was 12/7 around 5pm. Sucks cause the food was decent and liked the environment, but the tables weren’t even wiped down. Never again.

Panera has fallen a long way. They should be ashamed of putting something like this in front of a customer. And we catered about 25 sandwiches. This sandwiches says all you need to know about what they think of their customers.
