  Corporate store? The manager's name is Essence. This woman is unhinged, definitely show signs of mental disconnect. My children and I had a traumatic experience. I challenged the ownership to view your cameras and listen to the audio. This lady also rallied the cook staff to support her, in her efforts to berate me after her employ made several mistakes. Incomplete order and incorrect receipt. How can you "ownership", have such incompetence in your store. No wonder, many loyal customers stopped visiting.

  Tomato soup was HORRIBLE. Literal water with a splash of tomato. No flavor at all. Completely ruined my meal.. normally it’s on point but damn, it’s bad. Not coming to this location again.

  Where should I start? I will start with the management, Essence was managers name. This lady is very rude. I thought maybe it was just me. Until the customers at the table next to me, which happened to witness our interaction, spoke to me and said she was rude to them also. We all laughed it off. Then we witness her being nasty to another customer who seemed to be picking an order up. Essence is the epitome of poor customer service. The irony of her name being Essence is even more surprising. She is rude and antagonistic with Panera’s customer. Most of us live in this area. This should be a business that we can come with friends and family to enjoy a good meal. Unfortunately, Essence ruins that for most of your customers. I will call and be sure she’s not there when I decide to come in from here on out. My encounters with her and poor every single visit.

  Panera is one of my favorite places to eat, but not at this location. My food is somehow always messed up in some way shape or form and the staff seems very lazy and some times even rude. This all being said, I have had a few nicer experiences.

  I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread! Even though I came in late, the customer service was still outstanding. Isaiah went above and beyond to take care of me with a friendly attitude and genuine professionalism, never making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious-fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It's clear they truly care about their customers and the quality of what they serve. Big thanks to Isaiah and the team for such a great experience. l'll definitely be back!
