Mixed Experience - Good Food, Poor Service
While the food quality was decent and came out hot, the service left much to be desired. Our waiter seemed inattentive and snarky from the start and made assumptions without asking our preferences, which felt unprofessional. The waiter never gave us his name either. We couldn't help but wonder if there was discomfort with us speaking Spanish, as the attitude seemed dismissive.
The Bloomin' Onion was unfortunately overcooked and burnt, clearly left in the fryer too long. We had to get our own condiments from a nearby table. Throughout the meal, our waiter only checked in on us once and never offered drink refills. My sister had to bother the food runner for some drink refills. At the end, there was no mention of dessert options or drinks to go—we were simply given the check.
We also had to tell the waiter to remove our Martinis off our check because the drinks never came out.
The saving grace was that our entrees arrived hot and tasted fine. However, attentive service is just as important as good food, and this visit fell short in that department. With better training and more consistent service, this location could easily improve.

Had a great night celebrating the wife's birthday but I can't rest until I talk about my steak. She ordered the steak and shrimp well done and it was pink in the middle and I ordered the standard steak cut that comes with the lobster. I am a chef and grill master so I know my temps. I ordered a medium steak which came smushed and well done. My wife says maybe they got our orders mixed but hers was smashed and medium. My suggestion is lay off the griddle press. Sear each side to time and treat every order special. I used to get comped $200 per order for every wagyu messed up until I learned how to temp a steak and it only took me that first one. (Japanese Steak House BK NY) I am willing to come train you guys for free if the gentleman that came to the table to check on our food and service reaches out to me as I plan to frequent this establishment because my wife loved everything else. I have free time late December before I leave back out of the country but I am serious about helping.

I went to this location last night, and had a horrible experience. I had a sirloin steak, sweet potato and French onion soup. About 5 minutes after I finished eating, I started to feel hot and nauseous. I went to the bathroom immediately, and was vomiting before I knew it.
I sat in the back of restaurant after to get myself together so I could leave, asked for my check and to see the manager. My check was brought first. Then, Chris came several minutes later, said he just wanted to check on me, and the issue was probably the French onion soup, it may have been too “oily” for me. Did not offer me any concessions. I paid and left. HORRIBLE experience.

We started the dinner with exceptional service. Our server was very attentive and multiple servers came out with our drinks and apps. However that was the end of a great service. Our entrees came out much later. My husband’s steak was cooked to his preference. I had ordered medium rare. My steak was uncooked, not even rare. One side still completely uncooked, as if it was lightly seared only (think seared tuna). I had also ordered a combo with lobster which did not come with the plate. After sending my steak back and family has continued eating theirs and by the time they were done eating my plate finally came. I’m not sure if it was the cook or another server but when he handed me my plate he was sarcastic and borderline condescending. I ended up not eating and asking for to go box. We then find out the table next to us ordered my exact meal and had the exact problem, uncooked steak without lobster. Our server was busy with a large new group so we just paid at our table and asked another server for to go box. We will not be coming back.

Would leave no stars if it was an option. I used to be a regular here - last time I went there - we came in early - nobody there & host tells us 15 min’s - get seated & in comes a guy smelling so vile & sat them across from us at bar - we had already ordered - gotten drinks & salad & my date asked if they could move us & host says 20 min’s -meanwhile food ordered - I asked to speak to GM cuz I am in the biz & common sense should have taken over & rest half empty & sat us immediately - GM finally comes seats us - my steak comes out red - suppose to be med well / sent back - never tasted good after that - no juice - not going back !!! Ridiculous to be treated like that
