    Unfortunately, our family had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We received a gift card and, out of the four options available, we chose Outback Steakhouse with excitement. We went on a Saturday night after a long day of soccer games with our family of four, hoping to enjoy a nice dinner together. No one informed us that the food would take unusually long. After waiting an entire hour, my husband politely asked to speak with the manager to understand the delay and whether they might be understaffed. Instead of listening, the manager became defensive. He gave a long explanation, but the moment we tried to speak, he turned his back and walked away. He ignored us completely, even as we continued trying to talk to him. It was shocking and honestly hurtful to be treated that way. It’s really sad to see how much this restaurant's customer service has declined. We left feeling disappointed, unheard, and wishing our family night had gone differently.

    My family and I were on a trip to Atlanta for my grandsons birthday came from E. TN . Stopped for dinner Outback for my grandsons birthday came. We were seated at 6:45 pm didn’t get out food until almost 9 pm . Food / service was absolutely terrible . Food was cold not cooked right . When the waitress was asked to bring something it would take her close to 30 min to come back . Terrible experience.

    We have been coming here for seven years and unfortunately last night will be the end of our patronage at this location. We waited 25 minutes for a table which is fine, but then another ten for a server and then another hour for any food. It came out one at a time with us having to call the server to us to ask for every thing we needed, never checked upon, and we never got one of our entrees. Every table around us was there a long time waiting for food and the manager was called to one table in which he appeared to tend to them but then went back to wiping down the windows.. instead of asking tables how they were or helping the staff who was underwater.

    Came in at 6 for dinner tonight with my boyfriend. Had to wait 30 minutes for a table. This is fine, to be expected on a Saturday. Once sat, it took about 5-10 minutes for our server to introduce herself and we placed our whole order, drinks, bread, and appetizer came out quickly. We then waited 45 minutes for our server to tell us the kitchen was backed up and then another 45 before leaving without receiving food or any communication past “the kitchen is backed up”. We ended up just putting cash on the table to cover the drinks and app and walked out. Bad experience.

    Valentine’s Day with toddlers means fancy dinners out aren’t really in the cards, so our plan this year was simple: a special carry-out steak dinner from Outback. Even before I walked in, I knew they’d be slammed, and sure enough there were tickets everywhere and a line out the door. I placed my order in person and was told it would be about an hour, which was totally understandable given how busy they were. I ran a few errands and came back later, and I just have to say,  the entire staff absolutely impressed me. Every single person working that night was moving with urgency but without chaos. They communicated clearly, supported each other, and handled the rush like a well-oiled machine. Manager Chris went above and beyond, greeting me by name when I returned and apologizing for the delay, even though it was obvious how hard everyone was working. Another manager even came by offering drinks to guests waiting, which was such a thoughtful touch. Despite the packed restaurant and nonstop orders, our food came out perfect. The steaks were cooked beautifully, everything tasted incredible, and it ended up being exactly the special Valentine’s meal we were hoping for. Huge appreciation to this team for staying calm, kind, and professional in the middle of absolute chaos. 10 out of 10  we’ll happily order again anytime.
