- CCCory Chauncey4 days ago1.0Walked in to an empty bar and half empty sales floor. Was out on the wait list for a party of 2 and told it will be 10-15 minutes. The couple who walked in immediately after us- also a party of 2 was sat immediately. When my husband asked the host if he was serious- he said- Oh- were you waiting first? We responded YES. He then said I don’t know that- I’ll get you seated and proceeded to Seat the party behind us first and ignore us. I’ve been in the service industry for 26 years and have never had an experience as rude as this one. If that host- whom looked to actually be a manager- were my employee- they would be written up for poor waitlist management and poor attitude towards a guest- resulting in a failed guest service experience. Do BETTER.

- TCTamara CaldwellDec 18, 20255.0I last visited this location on December 2nd 2025. The waitress Kira was outstanding. She listened, she communicated well, and she didn't mind serving us at all. She was definitely in tuned with her working community. The food was spectacular! The person who I was visiting with received the biggest steak that I had ever seen in my life; NO LIE. I am sure that he enjoyed the steak because I surely enjoyed my ribs.
