This place needs help. Been here 3 times. First time, they forgot about me in the drive through after asking me to pull forward and wait. Second time, they just didn’t make my dine-in order. Third time, no napkins, condiments, etc at the self-serve counter and the place is filthy. It’s also super stuffy and hot. Is ventilation out of the budget?

You need to wait in line just to get a napkin, they are not provided and nowhere in the restaurant, they keep them somewhere hidden

MOD needs to be replaced. Myself and 3 other people literally were left standing front counter for almost 15 mins w no recognition. No greeting, no one moment, NOTHING! It took a young lady in a vest to finally try and assist after she was trying to pack orders and saw no one was being helped. But when one person took it upon herself to get her own ketchup after 20 mins the MOD def had smart comments to share w her staff. IT IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS FAULT FOR SCHEDULING ERRORS, LACK OF COMMUNICATION OR THE INABILITY TO COVER YOUR SHIFT. No excuses. Won’t be back to this location.

This mcdonald's is terrible. I waited 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger just for it to have the top bun ripped in half and the sandwich looked like it was thrown at a wall before they put it in my bag. Wasn't busy at all.
