  The lady taking orders this morning Jan 7 around 11:45 was rude and rushing customers. Talking to foreigners disrespectful. This is an Airport. You are dealing with all kinds of people. The food was not prepared well. Tasted like it was made two days ago and reheated. Gross. People pay money y'all. Do better! Especially on the TONE to the customers.

  This is the worst experience I had with this franchise. I ordered a big mac combo. The bread was not the same, the meat was dry, the fries were undercooked. Even the burger box was different; made of some corrugated cartboard. Everything seemed like a cheap imitation. Do not eat here.

  I don't have high expectations of McDonald's. But this was the worst I have ever been to. All the employees need training. Very rude, treated customers like trash. Threw the food at people. Don't really want my food now.

  Worst experience at McDonald’s ever in my life. Ordered a 10 pc nugget meal with a diet coke to have before my flight, when I saw the man pouring my drink I noticed he was pouring sprite and I kindly said “I ordered a diet coke” and then that’s when he said “we’re out of coke” like that would’ve been nice to know when I ordered then I would’ve asked for another drink instead. My food came out and I looked in the bag to make sure the sauces I asked for (ketchup and bbq) were in the bag and of course it was not. I politely asked again, “can I have ketchup and bbq sauce, please?” the very rude cashier man (name starts with a T and has a heavy Caribbean accent) says “we’re out of ketchup” and I said “that’s fine, can I still have bbq sauce?” he said “we’re out of that too” so then I say “can I just have a refund please” he’s like “just bc there’s no sauce” and I said yes. Why would anyone want to eat dry food? Granted, it is McDonald’s and I don’t except much from them, it’s just a quick an easy meal. But this particular establishment seems like they were out of everything. I was waiting over 20 minutes for a refund because again, when I asked for the refund the cashier said “wait for my manager to come up here” Why couldn’t you go to the back and ask for the manager to come? Another family ordered after me and wanted happy meals for their children, they were all out of happy meals. If you’re out of basically everything, why are you even open? The cashier was so rude his attitude towards me was absolutely disgusting. He was upset I wanted to be refunded because I was not happy with the service and told me that I’m “waisting their money” all because I wanted the $11.87 back for the meal I paid for and was not satisfied with. I didn’t even touch the food, all I did was look in the bag. He was so hostile towards me over $11.87 you would think so was asking to be refunded a trillion dollars. McDonald’s is a multi billion dollar company, they will recover after giving me my money back. Overall, terrible, awful, horrible, disgusting, disgraceful experience.

  pleased to order a drink, two hours after McDonald’s open mobile order was available. Don’t know if it’s a technical issue or the staff decides when they want to work. 24 hours should be updated mobile order should be activated if it’s open. Waiting to be served a drink for two hours in the mobile app. The attitudes of the employees was cool with me i’m already used to McDonald’s profesionalism. The issue is electronic and it doesn’t help when the lines are full. Just a heads up for McDs costumers. Wait until 6 am for mobile orders and by the that time the lines are full. So I can’t blame the employees it’s a technical issue at most
