You are working at McDonald's have some humbleness. Manager was useless too. Can't control their employees from showing lack of customer service and disrespecting the customers for no reason. Order was less than $20, and somehow it comes with a side of disrespect and insults.

Yall took my money, didn’t ask for why sauces, didn’t give us cups for our drinks, and then I saw you didn’t get me my food or any sauces at all. I’m literally sobbing at my gate and just found out it got changed to another gate and have to figure out how to convince my toddler to walk more. Just why would you do this to someone?

After our night flight being delayed until morning, McDonalds was the only thing open so we didn’t have much choice. We thought it was weird that our sodas appeared green but thought maybe it was a tint to the plastic. It was not. The Dr. Pepper and coke were both a mouthful of mold. The fries might as well have been rocks and the chicken nuggets came wrapped in paper instead of a box. When we asked for sauce, they told us they were out of everything except chili and to deal with it or throw the food away. We weren’t expecting much, but apparently even that was too much here.
