  Worst experience with Mcdonalds of my life. The staff was super rude cussing to me and my father. I called it in and filed a report against the employee I hope It was taken seriously as there were other customers and their kids who complained of the foul language of him. This is the worst Mcdonalds whether the manager was allowed to employee her friends and build a hierearchy where the employees are superior to the customers I do not know but this location needs a complete management and employee change if the reviews are mostly 1 star.

  I didn't want to spend $6 on hand cut fries that only God knows how it will taste. Macdonalds? Sure! Well, it tasted like a public school food! Cold, cooked in batches!

  This place is horrible. Hours say they’re open 24 hours no. Told they open at 5 then told my an employee not till like 5:20. Refusing cash payments. Like what is going on. Fix it or close it

  recently visited McDonald’s - Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport inside Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s anywhere in the United States. The service was extremely slow — I waited about 20–30 minutes for my order. Unfortunately, when I finally received it, the order was completely incorrect. Given the long wait, I didn’t even want to spend more time trying to have it fixed, especially because the staff already seemed to have an attitude when customers asked basic questions. Airports are high-traffic environments, and I understand that things can get busy. However, professionalism and accuracy should still be the standard — especially in an airport setting where travelers are often on tight schedules. This location operates in the same terminal environment as Delta Air Lines, a company known for high operational standards. It would be great to see the same level of customer service and accountability reflected in the businesses operating alongside them. Very disappointing experience overall.

  Oddly my mobile order was ready quickly and there was someone at the register "expediting". My sauces ordered online were wrong but she quickly accommodated. Its still McDonald's and fast food...so no way can I give you 5 stars.
