    I’ve been to this location numerous times and it is always a great experience. The wait is always very short, the food is hot, and their ice cream machine is always working. The staff here are also very friendly. The best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time.

    Si usted quiere perder la mañana de trabajo lo que debe hacer es pedir aquí cualquier pedido y le atenderán pasado el tiempo que a ellos les dé la gana ,Ya saben que ellos nos están haciendo un favor y los clientes deben esperar por su calma así que si quiere agarrar un poco de coraje pida en este hermoso lugar,,aquí pueden ver el pedido como nadie lo termina al yo reclamarle a la manager de turno me dijo que estaban ocupados y el cliente esperando su comida increíble finalmente terminaron el pedido cuando les dio su gana son personas vagas y sin ganas de atender al público bien esto fue el DÍA 11/15 a las 9;35 am y terminaron a las 10:10 am

    there is not a single individual in this store that can actually read. the beauty of an online order is that everything is documented neatly and organized in an easy to follow order. and somehow, every single time, apparently no one can follow a list. they don't know how to count, they don't know how to read, they don't know how to provide a basic service. it's absolute bonkers the degree of ineptitude and incapability of this place. it's disgusting. there is no critical thinking whatsoever in this process. a 5 year old child can routinely follow a simple list. a single crow has more intelligence than what exists in this building. in a world where AI poses threats to human jobs and grows more powerful, i hope AI replaces the workers here.

    visited this McDonald’s on 11/5 with my daughter, who wanted the 2-sandwich meal. When we pulled off and opened the bag, one of the sandwiches was just bread — no meat at all. I had to turn all the way back around to get it corrected, which was already inconvenient since we live in Acworth. When we arrived, I politely explained what happened and simply asked if we could get two cookies for the inconvenience. The young lady at the first window was kind and apologetic, and she said that would be fine. However, when we got to the second window, an employee named James told me he didn’t believe there was “only bread” in the wrapper and that my kids had probably dropped the sandwich. That comment was completely uncalled for. To accuse me — and especially my children — of lying over a missing sandwich was disrespectful and unnecessary. I would have been honest if that were the case, but it wasn’t. His attitude and assumptions made me feel completely disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it shows a serious lack of customer service and professionalism. It’s especially disappointing because it felt like we were being judged simply because I’m a Black mother with children. Do better, McDonald’s.

    I have been to this location quite a few times and every time the service is quick and accurate. Also, the food at this location is noticeably tastier than at others!
