    Please be AWARE when entering the restaurant, there's a Ginormous hole in the driveway, and you just might ruin your Tires, Rims, Axle, etc! Do better McDonald's, I'm sure you know That hole is there and needs to be repaired ASAP!

    I stopped by this McDonald’s on October 8, 2025, around 7:58 p.m. after ordering a meal deal through the app. I couldn’t believe it—there was sauce in my nugget box instead of actual nuggets. Completely unacceptable. This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s locations in the area. I’ve only come here out of convenience, but after this experience, I’ll make the extra trip to the Roswell Rd location. The food and service there are so much better.

    I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, substituting sausage for steak with no onions, and added cheese to the eggs. The order was completely wrong. When I returned to have it corrected and showed proof of purchase, the employee who claimed to be the manager struggled to communicate clearly. Another manager, Maria, came over and was extremely rude — and this was before 7 a.m. She even asked why I didn’t just remove the onions myself, which completely missed the point. That’s not what I ordered, nor what I paid for. This location has terrible customer service and clearly lacks proper training. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in Atlanta.
