Comes off, I get a free sausage, egg and cheese Mac griddle. It takes the points, but the cashier was still trying to charge me for the sandwich $3.79. still trying charge me at the window. I asked for the manager. She prompt the employee's to have me to come inside. I stated, why can't she come to the window to give Gary customer service and figure out why my points is taken off? But the system is still trying to charge me. She comes to the window, her name is Ashley, and she stated it's nothing I can do. Unless you come inside, this is the reason why stores are losing out on profit because of the horrible customer service.

The food was sitting on tables not under a heat lamp and not given out in a timely manner. Workers are inside with iPads while drivers wait forever for orders with no regard for the drivers.

I spent a not-so-cheap amount on nuggets through Uber eats, and the nuggets were absolutely disgusting. They were dark, way too crispy, and they had a nasty burnt taste that was highly revolting. The only good things about my costly order were the drink and a Black Panther figurine that came along with the kids meal that was part of my order. Do better, McDs! Nobody wants to pay a costly price for food that they can't eat.
