Horrible manager, refused to do her job and make my mobile order. Absolutely needs to be fired, lazy, embarrassing joke of staff. Didnt want to make an order that was placed well ahead of time. Just a pathetic group of people. Should not be allowed to work there anymore. If youre not gonna do the one job you have what is the point. For context, she lied saying I had canceled the order even though I had physical proof it wasnt canceled and she then proceeded to refuse to make it and walk away.

The staff needs to do better. I ordered a Mobile order to be picked up via drive-through. I went to the drive-through and was told that my order was not in the system repeatedly. After trying to cancel my order, it said that I could not do it because the order was already being prepared so I went inside to show them and come to find out that they basically gave my food to someone else so the ticket went away. After I got my food after waiting an additional 10 mins … they gave me the wrong size smoothie.. due to the fact that you have to pay extra for a smoothie in general, why would I want a downsized smoothie when I paid for a bigger size. Then the excuse was that they ran out of medium sized smoothie cups… instead of possibly being compensated with a large I got a smaller cup. Long story short, the service here is terrible!!!

Its just 3 items in 1 order and these idiots mess up again! 4 pcs nuggets paid for nothing for freaking Air! Its just so annoying!

The food at this location is almost always really good. I definitely will continue coming over here. If ever there's any issues they're kind and have no problem fixing anything. All the employees always seem to have a great attitude. 😊
