When I reached the counter, I was informed that my order had been canceled because breakfast was over and they switched over to lunch. However, the cancellation was not reflected in my app, and at the time of writing this review, the order still does not show as canceled or refunded. I am confused as to why my order would be canceled, especially since breakfast service does not end until 10:30 AM. This situation was particularly frustrating, as I had to get out of bed and drive to the restaurant to pick up this order while currently pregnant, only to be told it was canceled and that I would have to wait for my refund to be processed. This experience was a significant inconvenience and very disappointing

No complaints there. The only thing to be aware of is the environment around the building. There’s a pretty heavy homeless presence in this area, so you’ll often see people sitting on the patio, inside the dining area, or hanging around the outside. Because of that, the surroundings can look a bit messy at times. It’s not really the restaurant’s fault, but it does affect the overall atmosphere. If you’re just grabbing food through the drive-thru, it’s perfectly fine. If you’re planning to dine in, just know what to expect.
