Homeless people inside, I know they need somewhere to stay, but not in a place where people are eating. Service is slow, once spent 30 minutes in the drive through because of one person.

The food was good; however, I was very disappointed to observe a food crew member handling food with long nails. It was concerning to see that the manager allowed this, as it does not align with proper hygiene or safety standards. Additionally, the same employee was using her phone while handling food, which raises further concerns about cleanliness and food safety practices. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to ensure all employees follow proper food-handling procedures.

Girl at the window rushes you to order so she puts the order wrong and then the boy at the window cant do anything and wanted me to drive around for the issue to get fixed. Slow down when taking customers orders. Do better Saturday crew.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s with my coworkers every weekend, and today was unbelievable. I placed a mobile order at 8:11 PM, showed both the app receipt and the emailed receipt, and the manager still claimed she couldn’t do anything. I watched customers come and go for over 30 minutes while we stood there ignored.
What made it worse is that order #163 was sitting on the counter, and my order was placed before that. No explanation, no customer service, no attempt to resolve it. Completely unprofessional. If managers aren’t trained or willing to help customers who have already paid, something is seriously wrong here.

So I'm in the Drive-Thru I normally get a Sprite with a little bit of lemonade in it and a basket of fries that's what I usually get from McDonald's but I come through McDonald's this afternoon and they're telling me they don't make baskets of fries do I know that I'm at McDonald's and I expressed them yes most McDonald's have a basket of fries and then on top of that another man gets on the intercom and it tells me that they don't mix drinks here so I had to order a small Sprite because they wouldn't mix the Sprite and lemonade. They were rude and very dry in there tone as well never again I'll go out my way to avoid here
