I came here to grab the new Big Arch meal. The burger was fine but I think they forgot one of the slices of cheese. The burger and fries were fine. Nothing special and nothing disappointing. The bag was falling apart when they handed me my meal. Hahaha

I already paid for my order ($17.08) using my American Express card, but after 15 minutes of waiting, the staff told me I “didn’t pay.”
This is unacceptable. The transaction was approved, clearly shown in my Wallet app, and I still didn’t receive my food.
The customer service at this location needs serious improvement.
Please train the staff to check payment properly and communicate respectfully with customers.

The manager was extremely rude . Shut the window on me because of the lack of communication between he & his staff. If something isn’t offered, it shouldn’t be taken in the order. I could have went to another location, which I still had to do.

The review is only on service since I was picking up an order. I asked the lady at the counter for the order by name and order number. I watched her walk up to three separate bags to check each bag was it. She returned and said “your order is not ready it’s still being prepared” - I noticed all bags was leaving except for one out of the three and another employee (male) asked if I was being helped. I told him the same order number and name and he walked over to the same bag the prior employee did and handed me my bag. So I unnecessarily waited
