  Worst service places an order for pickup which was paid for and they say they didn’t have it . But I Gave them the code at window and they confirmed name and order then at the check out window no order was found and no food and no redund or anyone to talk to . I asked if u could Pay again and get my order but they said no and told me get out of line . Crazy after waiting for 20 min

  I had a mobile order you guys forgot something on the mobile order but you didn't give me the receipt so I had to pull it up on my mobile order why is this girl so pressed... She was combative she was accusing me of I don't even know what not knowing what I ordered finally she saw that I was right and she still wanted to be argumentative as if I didn't know what I wanted I wanted just a peppermint mocha that I ordered on the app that's all I wanted... She was so argumentative you didn't order that yes I did where's your receipt it's on the app you need to actual receipt you didn't give me one but you can see it on the app right here you didn't want to frappe know I said drink frappe whatever meaning something from the cafe I don't remember what it was... It was such a simple damn interaction it did not require someone to get so combative in argumentative that I'm going to leave a review

  Same problem with the Ap coupons I have to go inside to use the kiosk to use my coupons!!! The drive thru says I'm only earning points.

  I got the egg and cheese muffin meal and the sandwich was cold and muffin was hard. The person that made it can feel it was hard and still served it. Also hash brown was cold with the dirty geese taste. Change the greese
