I stopped by yesterday after work to grab dinner for my sons because we were running late for their therapy appointment. When I walked inside, I was told I had to use the kiosk to place my order and then come to the counter to pay if I was using cash. I was hesitant because the kiosk often has issues, but I went ahead and used it anyway. When I walked up to the counter to pay, I stood there for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Several employees saw me standing there and even made eye contact, but no one offered assistance or said a word. The restaurant was not busy. I was the only customer inside at the time. While staff were packing drive-thru orders and some employees were walking through the lobby to take orders to cars, no one came to help me at the counter. Eventually, a manager came over, packed my order, and handed me the bag. When I checked it, I noticed a sandwich was missing. I politely said, “I’m sorry, I’m missing a sandwich.” She took my receipt, grabbed the bag back, tossed the sandwich into it, and handed it back to me without saying a word—no apology, no acknowledgment. This location has consistently poor customer service. No one is friendly, no one communicates, and customers are ignored. This store is in desperate need of retraining—both staff and management—especially when it comes to basic customer service and treating people with respect. Every time I come here, there is an issue. I will not be returning.
