My order was completed wrong but correct on the receipt. Make it make sense. You guys are so lucky that I had to Uber eats due to not having a vehicle. Make sure to double check the bag to ensure the order is correct with everything in it!!!!!!!!!! I’m supposed to stay hungry . Shame on you guys.

Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to, this one is one of the best! Every time I go there, the service is great & the drive thru is quick & the order is all there & correctly made. 10/10 stars! I appreciate the efficiency & accuracy this location, they really pay attention to the details & are always warm & I just appreciate that. It’s hard to find people who care these days! Keep up the amazing work!

Subject: Formal Customer Service Complaint
Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this location and am submitting this for corporate review.
I waited at the drive-thru window for approximately eight minutes without being greeted or assisted. There were also two additional vehicles behind me waiting with no response. I then drove to the entrance, where a team member greeted me and referred me to a manager named Marcus. He explained that the team was celebrating an accomplishment, which is why no one was available at the window.
While I understand recognizing team achievements, customer service should remain the priority. Marcus offered to take my order but stated that I would need to re-enter the drive-thru line and drive around again to complete payment. When I expressed concern regarding customer service and this process, I was met with a dismissive attitude. He then stated I could speak with another manager; however, no additional manager ever came.
Eventually, my order was taken and payment was processed at the front, but the situation had already been mishandled. Marcus’s explanation and demeanor were unprofessional, and customers should not be left unattended due to internal celebrations. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet reasonable service expectations.

Mal servicio pase hace media hora y la que toma la orden sabía q no tenían café y aun asi tomo la orden y cobro estaban disque preparando los cafés y despues d 5 minutos d esperar nos dijeron q si la chava no nos habia comentado que no habia café nos tuvieron 5 minutos mas esperando a q nos devolvieran nuestro dinero y nuevamente el chico nos dijo q nos teníamos q esperar para q nos pudieran devolver el dinero decidimos no esperar se quedaron con el dinero d lo d 3 cafés
