This is my favorite location I bring my grand babies here at least once a week. We always get an ice cream, large sprite and large fries however today we couldn’t get our cone. I hope yall have this fixed by our next visit lol. This the only location who ice cream machine has always worked. Each time we visit good hot food and awesome customer service. Keep up the great work Ralph d Abernathy location. See y’all soon !

- JDJamaal DentNov 11, 20251.0Very Disgruntle customer!!!! While waiting to pick up a DoorDash order, I politely inquired about the estimated wait time. An employee responded abruptly, telling me it would be about eight minutes. When I asked what could take that long—given McDonald’s reputation for fast service—I was met with hostility. Another employee, who initially seemed friendly, made several unprofessional and disrespectful remarks, including, “Don’t ask how long it takes for something to cook here. We’re doing our jobs. You work for DoorDash, so keep doing what they tell you to do and stay out of our business.” At that point, I felt verbally attacked and disrespected by multiple employees. The level of customer service was far below what I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s over the years. I recorded approximately three minutes of the encounter to help accurately represent the situation, should corporate wish to review it. When the manager finally arrived, she assisted me in getting the order, but unfortunately did not address or correct her team’s behavior. As a business owner myself, I value strong leadership and accountability, and I was disappointed that those qualities were not demonstrated in this situation. I hope this message helps bring awareness to the need for better professionalism and customer care at this location. McDonald’s has long been a symbol of friendly service, and I sincerely hope corrective action and retraining can help restore that standard at this store. 🎯 NEEDS WORK!!! Thank you for your time and attention to this matter...
