  Absolutely awful service. They dont have a single proffesional bone in their bodies. They avoid contact with everyone and act like asking for your order is a literal crime. Thats if you manage to even get them to come up to. There was litterally 6 of standing at the front and not a single person decided just maybe MAYBE you should talk to your customers. Awful service. Terrible management. Dinner rushes are a thing but there is 0 excuse to not acknowledge a customer for 15 mins straight and 0 excuse to make people feel any kind of way about simply being at your establishment.

  I can't recommend this location for anyone, DoorDash, Uber eats, customer, doesnt matter. Terrible service, especially in the last two weeks here.

  The newly remodeled McDonald’s in Atlanta close to Georgia tech campus in midtown that’s the only good thing nice looking smaller McDonald’s place service is ok better than in the old building plus cause it’s near Tech campus it’s a busy place even during weekdays

  Miss Kelly was serving here and she essentially had this largest smile on her face while she was serving hot food with efficient speed. She was running in the lobby, making sure all the seats and tables, everything was clean. She maybe gave us an extra medium fry. She was awesome. She deserves a raise!
