    If i could put one star i absolutely would!!!! Today i ordered a $5meal deal and a small banana smoothie. I was greeted by a young lady who was taking orders in the window and expressed to her that my smoothie was not filled all the way , I would think they filled my smoothie up all the way considering it was a SMALL that I paid for. The young lady went to go get her manager I’m guessing a tall guy with what looks like to be a tattoo across his chest wearing all black came to the window and i expressed my concern he then RUDELY handed me back my drink almost pushing it in my face and told me it’s at the fill line have a nice day see you tomorrow and slammed the window shut . I don’t think that this is how a manager should’ve handled that situation especially a paying customer.

    I had an AMAZING experience at this McDonalds. Thank you Veronica & Juwanda for your superb customer service! It was BEYOND refreshing to hear a friendly voice greeting you at McDonalds! Juwanda - thanks for moving with urgency it makes such a difference! Food was fresh, line was not long at all, speedy service. This was after 2AM - I’d definitely add this to my after work/late night routine. THANK YOU!

    Those servers were impolite. when I asked for ketchup and a drink refill, I felt like I was begging. The burger was dry and small.

    I purposely asked for multiple packs of ketchup with my large fry and was given one pack. And then I had to walk inside the store to get additional packs and wait for them. Least your store is good at one thing, consistently providing poor customer service.
