    I recently hosted my son’s 10th birthday party here. It started a bit rocky, but ultimately ended on a positive note. When my wife first arrived, the room wasn’t ready, and she felt as though the staff may not have been aware of our reservation. The party was held in La Bella Pizzeria, which was a nice, private space, but there were no signs on the door indicating it was reserved for a private event. As a result, I had to inform several walk-in guests that the space was booked. Additionally, the soda machine’s ice maker was broken, so the drinks weren’t quite as expected. Another concern was the pricing. While the per-child rate of $26.99 felt fair, the additional $100 service charge, after already paying the full tab and leaving a tip, was excessive in my opinion. Especially considering I had already put down a $100 deposit. For 16 kids, the total came out to about $600. The service was great, but that additional charge makes it difficult to justify having another party here. That said, once I arrived and met Navarro, our host, and Willis, the manager, things turned around. After speaking with Willis, he made sure we were taken care of. Navarro was a great host, and from that point forward, everything ran smoothly. Most importantly, my son had a great time, and that’s what truly matters. Overall, while there were a few issues at the start and concerns about pricing, the service from Willis and Navarro made a big difference and helped the party end on a positive note.

    Second time coming and the first time was by far the better time. Maybe because we were on a school event as to why it was that way. This second time here was not good. The kids were running ramped, the staff were not anywhere to be found to maintain order. Basketballs were everywhere except the arcade. I get it parents take their kids to have a good time but at least supervise them a little. Hardly saw any staff. The restroom was extremely nasty! Both the ladies and family...not sure about the men's. I had to go to the front desk and ask them if they could clean them as they were unsanitary for anyone to be using...The arcade floors had limes and lemons and straws. A lot of the games werenot working. Or they appeared to work and only took your credits. Maybe because it was a Saturday evening, idk but they definitely could revamp a little!

    Nice atmosphere, but a horrible experience at the Cobb establishment. I am in management, so these aren't just random complaints. The liability of this experience should rest on upper management and their systems. I booked there for my daughters 18th birthday celebration. The staff was great but couldn't keep up due to lack of staff. We rented 2 bowling lanes and never saw a server. We went to the bar and ordered food, very chaotic due to lack of staff. The whole process took almost two hours for food and drinks. This obviously compromised our 3 hour bowling session. By the time everything settled down and folks ate we had 1 hour to bowl. Due to a scheduling conflict on the establishment's end, our reservation ended 30 minutes early. We were asked to uproot our party and move to another lane. Mind you, I paid a week prior, I did my part as a customer. This was very disappointing. I will not return and would not recommend this establishment, until upper management optimize their systems, experience, and hire more employees. The staff were fantastic. they did all they could do in those horrible conditions. I want to particularly commend Bartender Brandy. She was extremely over worked, but was able to take our orders, and gave us some type of experience. She did it with patience and grace. I would reccomend to promote her IMMEDIATELY, and give her a raise IMMEDIATELY. She is carrying that establishment, and is compensating for the deficiencies of upper management. I do not post reviews, so this must have been a bad experience for me to waste my time to post this. I hate that this review sounds harsh, but they have some serious protocols to fine tune. Again I would not return here, this is an upper management issue, however the staff was fantastic.

    Such a pathetic staff and the overall management! This location has untrained staff .. we had a walk in with 8-9 kids to celebrate a birthday.. these folks had no clue how to issue the all included $29.99 combo cards.. they wasted almost 1.5 hours, I was running around, kids were kept waiting… even after getting all included wrist bands, some If they had no idea how to book some of the activities.. even after securing the activities, the gate agents at those activities had no information about the bookings.. such a pathetic experience we had with this location, staff and overall.. I ordered food which took about 2 hours to arrive after more than 20 times follow up in the kitchen! Pathetic, pathetic and pathetic staff and overall management!

    I’ve given this place 4 chances to get it right. Each time it’s been the same exact issues. The customer service is quite frankly extremely less than lazy. No one ever acknowledges you whether you speak up or wait quietly. The machines steal from your card almost every game and every swipe. They have extremely messed up and dirty bathrooms with tissue everywhere from the floors to the toilets. Food and drinks literally take minimum 30 minutes and you have to fight your way to get the staff to acknowledge you. And when they do after explaining you’ve waited a while you wait at least 10-15 minutes more. The bartenders and waiters all seem to be pulling around each other unorganized, stand around, or are having conversations with each other. I truly love my ppl but the service at this location is a reason why the stereotype of laziness is perpetuated. I brought my family for this last time but we will never return again. The management and owners truly need to do better. This takes from the overall joyful experience I thought i could have with my family. I wish I could get my time back and regret ever coming back after the 2nd experience.
