Food tasted ok but arcade games are way over-priced and almost half of them are out of service. The “all you can play” pass sounds like unlimited access, but it’s all subject to their schedule and available slots. Very misleading! Suggest just paying for activities, one by one. We never got a text to be able to bowl (wasted money). Most of the staff seem like they don’t want to work here. A few were straight up rude. We called repeatedly to try to schedule a birthday party because the site only lets you schedule more than 48 hours out. No one ever answered the phone. Basically, it was $425 wasted for 6 people, by the time it was all said and done. Never again! I’ll spend my money somewhere else. All in all, it seems like bad leadership and overall lack of care and consideration for the customer’s experience on a variety of levels.

We were in town for the Peach Bowl, visiting your location on January 10. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we spent during our visit.
I was particularly appalled by the carelessness demonstrated by management when we approached them kindly and professionally to share our concerns. When requesting that credits be returned to our game card, due to my son swiping to play games that were not functioning, one manager laughed. I estimate 20+ games were not working properly, which made this response especially inappropriate and frustrating.
Prior to playing games, we bowled and were told that we did not need to go to the bar to order drinks. We waited approximately 30 minutes, and no server ever came. As a result, my husband went to the bar himself to order a drink for me, where he then waited an additional 30 minutes just to receive one drink.
Additionally, the condition of the restrooms was unacceptable. The women’s restroom had no hand soap, and toilet paper and paper towels were strewn throughout the restroom, giving the appearance that cleanliness and basic upkeep were not being monitored.
While I empathize that some of this was due to being short staff and I get as a business professional this can cause issues. Most of the experience could’ve been avoided if management learned a different approach with guests and ensured there were signs on games that were not working.
Given the cost of our visit and the expectations associated with your establishment, this experience fell well below an acceptable standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

I took my son and two friends to Main Event to celebrate his 14th birthday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We arrived around 7 PM and spent a staggering $196.65 on three unlimited play cards and three $35 game cards, expecting a fun-filled evening.
Here’s a breakdown of the issues we faced:
• Laser Tag: This was the only part of the night that went smoothly. The boys had fun here, but it was downhill from there.
• Gravity Rope: After laser tag, we headed to the gravity rope activity, only to find no attendant present. I waited 15 minutes and still nothing, so I let the boys enjoy arcade games instead.
• Lack of Staff: After another 15 minutes, I went to the front desk to request an attendant. They assured me someone would come, but we waited another 15 minutes with no one arriving.
• Bowling Lane Disaster: I finally spoke to a manager about a refund for the unused gravity rope service. Coincidentally, an attendant appeared right after. Then, I received a text at 8:56 PM that our bowling lane was ready. We arrived at the front desk to claim it at 9:10 PM, only to be told it was no longer available due to a supposed 15-minute grace period. I have a time-stamped text to prove we were within that window.
• Food Ordering Chaos: We also tried to order food, which turned into an unorganized mess. We waited at the hostess stand for 20 minutes with no one showing up. Finally, after a manager walked by and told us to just order at the bar, we sat ourselves down. Once seated, I had to flag down a server to take our order. Tracy, our server, was fantastic and the best person we interacted with during the entire ordeal. However, it was clear she was overwhelmed with too many tables and little support.
Overall, the experience felt terribly unorganized and poorly staffed. I wouldn’t recommend Main Event for family outings. There are surely better options in the area. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Very unpleased with the experience, most machines were out of order. We counted how many machines weren’t working and i literally have videos and photos of a total count of 15 machines. There were machine pieces out and open on the floor. Management was very rude specifically the bald headed man. It was very unprofessional the associate was trying to accommodate the guests(us) while the manager gave little to no cares of the concerns or to provide other options for us to be able to participate in the main event experience. When we asked for a refund he told us there is no signage posted and that you find out after spending your money and purchasing a game card which is literally basically scamming guest whom aren’t informed of this policy before purchasing cards and spending their money. After expressing the concerns of the signage he proceeded to re iterate you are informed after buying a game card. If you have little ones and would like to actually be able to play and receive decent service i would take the kids & family and funds elsewhere where. The manager on duty was very unprofessional and to be honest told old to have been trying to act the way he was acting very unprofessional.

From the beginning that my family and I walked into this place there were issues. First I reserved 3 hours of bowling. We were told to go to lane 7 then when we get there two employees ran up on us and told us we had to move because the lane was not working and that we would have to come back at 6 pm. My reservation was at 3 ma d I told them that they needed to find another lane and if the lane was broken then that should have been told once we got there. We were moved to another lane after I complained to the manager. Next, they decided to split up a party which was being very old and coming over into our lane. We complained and the manager moved us. Lastly, after we had closed out our bill and was packing up to leave, this very rude employee runs up and says we had to move and could not set here because it was not reserved. We told her we just closed out our check and was packing up. We asked to speak to the manager (which was not the one we dealt with earlier) and I explained the situation about the rude employees. While talking to him, I noticed he had a smirk on his face which told me he wasn’t going to speak to that employee about her rudeness. At that point we left and that is why I am writing this review. We are out of town and all I wanted was to have a nice time with my family but did not because of the rudeness of the staff. I spent a lot at this main event in Atlanta and will never come back here again. Do not ever visit this Main Event!!!’n
