Waited 30 mins for somebody to come to our table and waited another 20 minutes for our beers to come. So bought 2 hours of bowling game and spent almost an hour for our drinks and food to get. Haha so annoying and disheartening because we came here to play and chill but we just played without chilling. Very very poor service... NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Good luck getting an employee to help refund play points. 3 times, 3 separate employees and all 3 times I was told there was nothing they could do, apparently not even put out of order signs on the games. Complete waste of money for my child's 14th birthday. Next time we'll just drive to Dave & Busters.

And when we left we went to the rewards room to see what he could get, thry said he only had one point ☝️ and we were told that it was only certain games that rewarded points!! That should be in bold print ,it was a waste of time an money to go here,never again 🙄

I like the atmosphere for the kids but I sincerely doubt if I will order any food here unless service improves. My combined wait time between what I did manage to order and waiting on drinks and a server to place another order was around 45 mins. That's not acceptable when I see them being attentive to everyone else. I appreciate the young lady who did take my order because apparently, she was serving tables. I also appreciate the young lady who got my drinks for me after I waited a half hour for that. The games and atmosphere are great but I do not recommend eating here unless you happen to come at the right time and have the patience to wait until someone acknowledges you.

We were able to receive a refund on the taken credits but i wished there were signs saying which games were out of order. I see many people have had this issue at this location so it seems its an ongoing problem. Food was fast and drinks were good! Lasertag was fun and no issues there. when it came to bowling, the host told us we had til a certain time but our game was cut short before that time and we weren’t able to finish our games. This was really disappointing since we paid for ‘all you can play’ but her demeanor showed that she didn’t care or want to help saying that she couldn’t ring anything up because the drawer was taken… but we had already paid. We made the most of the situation but will likely not return to this location.
