This kid must not have realized his microphone was constantly broadcasting, because my wife and I heard him trash talking both us and other customers constantly while swearing and mumbling. Him taking our order was like pulling teeth (half dozen donuts, pretty easy), with him sounding like he wouldn't give us the time of day if we asked him for it. When I politely informed him that the order on the screen didn't exactly match what we ordered, he exasperatedly responded, "Bruh what the hell, I didn't even put nothin." Having worked in the service industry myself, I asked him if he was okay, and he told me with all the love an abusive step-father has for the family dog "Man, I told you to pull arounnnnnnd." So we just left. Must've been a teenager, because no man speaks like that.

Customer service has truly gone out the window. The donuts were good. But the hot chocolate that I grew up with was lacking the nostalgic (aka chocolate) taste that I remembered 🥲 2/5 ⭐️
