After reaching my destination in College Park I opened the box an noticed that the doughnuts looked kind of old and not fresh. I also wanted to purchase some hot doughnuts, and I was told that we do not sell Hot doughnuts at this location. I am from Atlanta and never have I ever seen a Krispy Kreme that doesn't sale HOT doughnuts. I admit the Hot sign was there, but it was not on. I was dissapointed and wanted to take the doughnuts back to West End for a refund.

And that’s fine but she shouldn’t need to be outside in the cold but that’s the lady’s choice. The issue here is that they proceed to be rude to me, and laughed about it. Big bully behavior. It’s actually bizarre as hell. I heard them laughing and say hey he “gave it to him” And gave me set donut below. It’s all good, though. I’ll make sure to spread word that this store isn’t worth the wack service from Childlike employees. Grow up people. Iced coffee was good though.

Wth The first time they told me they had no sour cream donuts at that location!! The second time they had no pumpkin donuts AT THAT LOCATION! NOW NO HOT DONUTS! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! And the girl at the drive was rude. No greeting, no customer service skills or tact. Just staring at me was like I was bothering her and she was at work!!
