- MPMaja PainFeb 1, 20261.0Today I witnessed in concourse C two female Krispy Kreme employees being very rude and unprofessional toward customers. The employees gave two customers the incorrect donuts. The customers calmly asked for the correct items and stated they were willing to pay for the additional donuts that were made incorrectly. One employee then made a comment to her coworker implying that the customers were upset because they were not being given free donuts, which was not true. The customers had already made it clear they were willing to pay. The situation escalated unnecessarily when the employees began arguing with the customers. The behavior displayed was unprofessional and reflected poor customer service. Staff at this location would benefit from additional customer service training and more professional conduct when handling mistakes or hire people who can display the correct behavior.
