The first visit was fine, but on my second visit the owner became upset because I asked for pizza without cheese. He whispered to staff that my order was a “problem” and refused to allow them to make it, even though I had ordered the same thing before with no issue. Removing a topping should not be treated like an offense—especially when people have allergies or dietary needs, and this pizza is not cheap. The owner was rude, unwelcoming, and created a tense, uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff. You could see the staff visibly uncomfortable. This location is poorly managed and I do NOT recommend it.

From the moment I opened the box, the presentation of the pizza was concerning and did not reflect a level of care or quality I would expect. The pizza itself lacked sufficient ingredients, which significantly compromised the flavor and overall integrity of the pie. It felt sparse and underwhelming, especially considering the expectations set by the brand. Overall, this was not a positive first impression, and regrettably, it will also be my last time supporting this restaurant, particularly this location. I hope management takes a closer look at quality control and consistency moving forward.
