    I placed an order through the Jimmy Johns app for delivery. When I received my order it was incorrect. I called the store and spoke to General Manger Quiana James. She was absolutely NO help. Her resolution was for me to bring the sandwich back in so that they could remake it. I reminded her that it was delivered and I had no way of getting back to the store. She stated there was nothing she could do. So I paid $14 for a sandwich that was made incorrectly and just have to “deal” with it. Horrible customer service!

    I just wanted to shout out to Kiana! I came in at 1ish today and she was all alone absolutely working her best! It’s not often enough that society recognizes how stressful ANYONE’S job can be. I appreciate you Kiana! Keep going!
