  No more Freaky Fast. Order took close to an hour. If I had known this, i would not have ordered a hot sandwich. Delivery was not from Jimmy Johns but from Uber Eats. Sandwich was pretty good but not as filling as Jersey Mike's. Delivery fee of $3.99 and tip of $2 was not worth it being I had to wait and hour for the sandwich. Not likely to order delivery from this location in the future.

  FIRE the whole STORE!!!! There's 15 people working in the store and it still takes them 30-40 min to make a sandwich even when it's SLOW!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

  I usually don’t leave reviews so for me to take the time to write this, means I am pretty frustrated. I also usually ALWAYS have only good things to say about Jimmy John’s, but this location is extremely disappointing. Mobile orders are pushed to the side and anytime I’ve placed one, I’ve had to call or let someone know in person that my order has been placed (usually over an hour ago). And that’s only IF someone picks up because their phone number is either wrong or calls are given no priority (without the option to leave a voicemail). Furthermore, my order is frequently wrong in one way or another and I’ve been hoping to see improvement simply because the location is most convenient for me while I’m at work but staff and/or management don’t seem to care to make improvements.
