  I came in for a sandwich and waited nearly 30 minutes for my order. I didn’t complain at the time—I picked it up and left. When I got back to work and started eating during my break, I discovered a hair in the sandwich. I drove back to the store to address the issue. The employee took my sandwich and began smashing it onto the bag, seemingly trying to blend in the hair, and then said, “Where is the hair?” The situation was handled very unprofessionally. I asked for a refund and kept my receipt. I will not be returning. The staff members (all the women) were rude, interesting, and dismissive. Will not ever go back!

  I am not typically a person who leaves reviews, but my experience at this location tonight was so disappointing that I felt compelled to. I came in this evening after sitting in traffic, looking forward to a quick, easy order. Instead, I was met with a snarky employee who made fun of the way I talked while taking my order. They did not ask me any of the standard follow-up questions, which made me feel both disrespected and like an afterthought. Overall the sandwhich was decent, but won't be returning to this location.

  My sandwich was perfect. My bread was soft and warm with some crispness. I usually have to add ranch or mayo to my sandwiches, but I didn't this time.I was nearby and wanted something more filling. This is nice place that I wish had a dedicated parking area.
