  Great first experience at Jimmy Johns. Fabulous customer service. Listened to my order exactly. One of the yummiest sandwiches I’ve had in a while. I forgot to take a picture because it looked so good.

  Today I had a horrible experience. I never had such a bad experience at this location. Typically this is my favorite location to go to. Today there just have been new staff. I’m more familiar with the prior crew. However , I asked for a glove change due to witnessing pork being touched and also seeing an employee clean up and throw away receipts that hung above the food line. Immediately there was an attitude. When I was watching my subs being made after the fact , the employee sarcastically said to whom I believe was the manager , “could you grab this I don’t want to touch this and then touch her sub” (sarcastically) immediately I then ask the manager to service me in which my order was remade a few times. The manager in the middle of making my sub went to the back to grab “a yellow based oil “ (not sure what it was ) and continue making my same sub with the gloves she went to the back with. This whole experience was disappointing and unsanitary. When I left I bought food from somewhere else ! I am very unhappy with my experience.

  I’ve been ordering from Jimmy John’s for a while now and they never disappoint. The sandwiches are always fresh, the bread is perfect, and the ingredients taste high quality. What really stands out is how fast they deliver! Whether I order online or in-store the service is consistently friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for a quick and satisfying meal. Today was my first time ordering inside, I always do delivery, but Zarria and Chyna was the most amazing ladies I ever dealt with

  Jimmy John’s is my go-to spot when I need something quick and delicious. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, the bread is soft with just the right crunch, and the ingredients always taste top quality. I’m always impressed with how fast my order is ready—whether I’m picking up or getting it delivered. The new staff is friendly and kind.. the store is clean, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work! I always happens to get the same 2 young ladies everytime i order Zarria and Chyna always working !

  I came to jimmy John’s for the first time and there were 2 young ladies that were so helpful and kind. Their names were zarria and Chyna they gave me their best recommendations and I definitely went with it loved the service and my sandwich!! It was amazing !!
