Made a brunch reservation on a whim and ended up loving our experience. We will be back! The food is delicious– we had the Eggs in Purgatory, Steak & Eggs and Pannetone French Toast. Eggs in Purgatory was a table favorite. Savory Italian flavors with the fluffiest focaccia. The bar program was a highlight. Ordered a Tintura No. 2 and a custom margarita. Both drinks were well balanced and had refreshing flavors & garnishes. The location and ambiance are A1. Right on the beltline with a beautiful perch above the action. Can’t wait to come back once it warms up. But the standout of our experience was the customer service by far. We were the last reservation of the brunch hour and we were welcomed in as if it was the height of service. Our server, Ciara, made sure that we were well taken care of from start to finish. She made great suggestions about the menu and made us feel at home with her warmth and smile. She balanced making personal connections with us with letting us enjoy our own company. She even gave us suggestions about where to go on the Beltline for our after meal walk. Thank you, Indaco, for an incredible experience!

Unfortunately I came here 2 times that I made reservations for the first time it was with a group of 7 friends, the second time it was with 4 people and both times we had Daniel the guy server. One night I was celebrating my birthday and they sat us close to the kitchen and you could see into the entire kitchen, but you could sense the unwelcoming feeling of the entire staff, you could hear the kitchen staff huffing and puffing the entire time, the server Daniel kept insisting that we got the 65 dollar family style course and we said no 3 times. As we were placing our orders in, he was rushing us for example I placed an order for risotto and as soon as I said it he shouts OKAY! NEXT PERSON! Also nobody was able to make questions about the food nor get info on it. Basically cutting me off from ordering food that I was going to pay for and when the order reached the kitchen u could hear them saying stuff like “Bruhhh, mannnn’ and so on” I am glad that I wasn’t the only one who noticed the attitude towards everyone! So the overwhelming feeling and guilt of eating something that the staff didn’t enjoy to make was absolutely disgusting! Unfortunately my standards were higher than what they could deliver, I did enjoy the little birthday note and the tiramisu but unfortunately i couldn’t even eat the tiramisu from how bad I felt. Also when I came to splitting the tab he automatically said no mind you we were only splitting it 2 ways evenly. I cried the second I got out of that place from the overwhelming, unwelcoming experience I had From Indaco. I hope that yall can speak to your employees and teach them some patience and how to treat guest.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Indaco in Atlanta, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and inviting—stylish without feeling stuffy, and lively while still allowing for easy conversation. It’s the kind of place that feels special the moment you walk in, making it ideal for celebrating milestones or simply enjoying a memorable night out with friends. A big highlight of the evening was our server, Daniel. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the meal. His recommendations were spot-on, and his timing was impeccable—always there when we needed something, but never intrusive. The food was outstanding. The salmon ravioli, in particular, was exceptional—perfectly cooked with a rich, flavorful filling and beautifully balanced sauce. Every dish that came to the table was thoughtfully prepared and presented, showcasing both creativity and quality ingredients. Whether you’re planning a special occasion or just looking for a fantastic dinner spot in Atlanta, Indaco is a top-tier choice. Between the incredible food, inviting atmosphere, and exceptional service from Daniel, it’s a dining experience we’ll definitely be repeating.

This was our 1st time eating here and probably our last. My husband made a reservation here for Sunday at 2p. We arrived promptly at 2 not realizing it was brunch only. The gentlemen host at the front desk area was very polite and professional. He seated us quickly. We were offered water and told our waiter would be coming shortly. This is when I asked about the brunch menu and if we could order from their normal menu, but the host told me that it was brunch served only 2:30. The restaurant closes for dinner service would begin around 5. I was already disappointed but we decided to stay anyways. The waitress who was very soft spoken came about 5-10 minutes later, took our order and recommended their food specials. We ordered drinks first. Cocktails were overpriced, small, weak and not that great tbh. We then ordered our food and waited and waited.... it was already 3pm and our food had not been served. I noticed 2 young females sitting right across from us who had gotten here AFTER me and my husband and were already eating their food. Our waitress was also serving a table nearby of about 6 or so guests, but NEVER came by our table once to let us know about our food or WHY it was taking so long. The restaurant was not even full or busy at this hour. I also saw her cleaning other tables. I had to ask her about our food which is ridiculous. I was starving and very upset by this time and when our food finally came out, my husband's food was cold and the presentation of my plate was subpar; food itself was actually pretty good. We wanted to order more food and when I asked our waitress she simply said the kitchen was closed. In conclusion, the host came by our table and apologized for the delays and said he would give us a dessert (on the house). The waitress then came by with the tiramusu dessert was delicious. As we were eating our dessert the waitress came by with our check didn't say much to us. We quickly paid and left. Our parking was also validated. I highly recommend experienced waitors/servors and better communication regarding food delays.

I had a reservation here for 2:00 PM on Valentine’s Day with a friend. We knew we were going to be about 20 minutes late, so we did the responsible thing and called ahead to let them know (they have a 15-minute courtesy time). The man who answered the phone explicitly told us we would be fine. I specifically asked about the 2:30 closing time listed on the website because I wanted to make sure we weren't holding them up. He told me, "That’s because we stop seating for lunch at 2:30. You’ll be fine because you have a reservation and the kitchen will be open anyway." I confirmed, "Oh, that’s for walk-ins only then?" and he agreed. When we arrived at 2:36, we stood at the host stand waiting while the hostess finished chatting with her coworkers. When she finally greeted us and took my name, she told us that they had stopped seating for lunch. I explained the phone call, and she unapologetically shrugged it off. She just said “Oh no, they’re wrong. We don’t seat after 2:30. Do you want to change the reservation to dinner?" Of course I declined and left. The issue here isn't the restaurant operating hours (that’s definite and clear) but the total lack of professionalism. Firstly, the misinformation on the phone is completely unacceptable. Had the man not told us that we were fine to go in, we never would’ve wasted our time driving 30 minutes. Secondly, the hostess’s dismissive and unapologetic attitude made the situation even worse. If she had handled the issue gracefully or shown any hint of empathy (very basic customer service) we might have considered coming back another time. We chose Indaco because we wanted to eat there, not because we had to. After this experience, they will not be seeing us again. Absolutely distasteful if I’m being honest.
