  This is a very fun and exciting atmosphere. The food and drinks are great. Its a nice place to host a group event....HOWEVER. We hosted a company event for 2 hrs and spent over $1600 for food and play. There was so much food we had leftovers. They would not allow us to pack the food in the to go containers they have. WHAT?!? So we paid for food and you just want us to allow you to throw it away? That's so ridiculous, let alone wasteful. Just think twice before you host an event. May just reserve the bay and order off menu...or go somewhere else.

  I could not get any service. I sat at the bar for 30 minutes I couldn’t get a water a menu or a simple hi when I sat down. I waited for service about 30 or so minutes before going down stairs to request the manager her name is Jaz. I waited an additional 15 for the manager who stated that she had to jump behind and help the bartender. However the entire time I was waiting there were 3 people working behind the bar not including Jaz. I was told by the manager to have a seat USAA and I would receive service. I waited an additional 5 minutes at my newly selected seat and still didn’t get any service.

  If I could give negative starts I would!! can’t believe how unprofessional and dismissive this place was. We had a reservation for my husband’s birthday, and if I hadn’t called as a courtesy to let them know we were running about five minutes late, I would’ve shown up without any idea that our reservation had supposedly been “canceled.” I never canceled it. What made it worse was the way staff handled it. I had even spoken with someone the day before to ask if they did anything special for birthdays, so the reservation was clearly active. Instead of trying to help, they gave a condescending, demeaning response and then tried to justify it by claiming someone called me a month prior to say I was “banned from making reservations” due to a “history of cancellations.” Which is completely false!! There was zero effort to accommodate us that night or offer a solution for another date. I used to recommend this place because the atmosphere was a vibe, but the customer service is unacceptable. This place is ran by CLOWNS! I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how we were treated.
