My family and I had a wonderful experience at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Aside from the delicious food, the other highlight of our evening was our server, Haley. From the moment she greeted us, her energy completely elevated the atmosphere. She has such an enthusiastic presence — and her voice is genuinely one of the most pleasant and engaging I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant setting.
Haley didn’t just “take our order”she created an experience. She was confident, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on especially with the truffle butter for our steak and she explained everything with excitement that felt authentic, not scripted. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and that kind of enthusiasm is contagious.
What stood out most was how she made us feel — welcomed, valued, and taken care of without ever feeling rushed. Her tone and delivery added a special touch to the entire evening. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, attentiveness, and such vibrant personality so effortlessly.
Haley is an absolute gem, and she’s a big reason we’ll be coming back. Fleming’s is lucky to have her!

I can't even put into words how bad everything was including the valet parking. But I still tipped over 20 percent. The service was mediocre, the food was trash from the appetizer, entrée, the sides, the cloudy water with a thousand floaties of whatever it was. The valet didn't even know how to start my car. I had to go get it myself, still tipped them. Server was acting very uninterested after I didn't purchase alcoholic beverages.. Just sad. And I still tipped him $40 on $190. I know he was stereotyping me. Then on top of that...nvmd. yall ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

FLEMING'S is one of our TOP 10 favorite restaurants in the metro Atlanta area. The customer service is AMAZING!! The food arrived in a timely manner and the temp of the steak was perfect. Valet Parking is available. The atmosphere and scenery is beautiful with party space available. Overall, a great time for family and friends.

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to this time. I came early last week with a friend for an early Valentine’s day dinner. The best part of my experience was the service. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The valet was great, the young ladies at the host stand were so sweet and got us seated quickly, our server was great and very attentive. For me food was just okay, nothing really wowed me. I did however really enjoy the corn brulée and our drinks from the bar. Our steaks came out slightly overcooked but we didn’t wanna cause any problems and wait even longer for our meal so we didn’t send them back. This was my first time here and I just didn’t feel like this was a true fine dining experience, I probably won’t return on my own accord. The restaurant is very small, the ambiance and atmosphere were lackluster. The interior design felt very stale and outdated with the dark cherry wood everywhere and the dining room felt overly crowded. Overall the entire experience was okay, there was nothing particularly special about Fleming’s for me.
It felt pretty casual to be calling itself “fine dining”. It felt more like an upscale Longhorn or Outback. I noticed other patrons in jeans, sweats, hoodies, very casual clothing and we even heard pop music playing throughout the restaurant when we walked in. It just didn’t have that fine dining feel and experience that I’m used to but I guess I shouldn’t expect much of a chain restaurant. This place is fine for a nice casual dinner maybe not a special occasion but for a true fine dining steakhouse experience I’d recommend Hal’s, Bones, H&W, Little Alley, Luella, Marcel, or Kevin Rathbun. They’re all much better steakhouses local to Atlanta with a similar price point and are chef-driven with great atmospheres, beautiful aesthetics, outstanding food and service, and actually look and feel like a fine dining restaurant.
My wife and I were trying to figure out where the easiest place to get a steak was on Saturday night and we ended up pulling into Fleming's to see if we could grab a spot at their bar. The valet actually said that he would go in and check for us which was amazing. He came out. Told us there were two seats took our car. We sat down and we're surprised by how attentive and personable the servers were at. The bar. Then came the food and it was excellent as well. Both of our steaks were fantastic and we left being really impressed with Fleming's which we never ever even consider going to. The last time we were there was probably 15 years or so ago. The food and service were excellent. The decor in ambiance is pretty tired in my opinion and a little old school. The food and the service were the stars of the show.
