  We had a wonderful experience at Fleming’s Asia, and a big part of that was our waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made us feel genuinely taken care of without being overbearing. Her positive energy and professionalism really elevated the entire dining experience. Excellent service like hers is the reason we’ll definitely be back.

  We chose Fleming’s for my wife’s birthday expecting a high-quality dining experience, especially given the price point. Our reservations were last night. 1/6/26 Unfortunately, the food was not up to par. To avoid ruining her birthday, I chose not to complain at the table, but for what we paid, the meal should have been exceptional. The steaks were not cooked to our requested temperatures and lacked flavor overall. For nearly $250, bland food is simply unacceptable at a steakhouse of this caliber. The only bright spots of the evening were the ambience and the appetizer, which were enjoyable. To make matters worse, it took almost an hour just to pay our tab. That delay caused us to be late for our next plans, adding unnecessary frustration to what was meant to be a special night. Overall, the experience did not match the price or reputation. While the atmosphere was nice, the food quality and service issues left us disappointed, especially for a celebration dinner.

  Our annual Ladies Christmas outing was at lunch time, 12 noon. There was one waiter name Gavin and he provided excellent customer service and drinks. My food was excellent and the lavender bread and calamari was recommended and did not disappoint. One person ordered the barbecue salmon with fried rice and the rice was tasteless. So she sent it back and asked for the burger. The burger never arrived. Which is why I took a star. Gavin our waiter apologized and the manager spoke to us and got us right. The level of customer service provided kept this at 4 stars.

  We had an incredible experience at Fleming’s Steakhouse—both the service and the food were absolutely amazing. My boyfriend ordered the Cowgirl Ribeye, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and I had the miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, which was tender, buttery, and cooked to perfection. Our waiter was exceptionally attentive and made us feel truly taken care of throughout the evening. Fleming’s went above and beyond to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, from the house-made truffles to the delicious cheesecake, a personalized birthday card, and even a beautifully decorated table just for him. The attention to detail and hospitality made the night unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner experience and will definitely be back.

  I would like to take a moment to commend your team for the consistently excellent experiences you provide your guests. I make a point to visit Fleming’s whenever I am in a city that has one, and my most recent visit to your Atlanta location was truly exceptional. I was dining with a client who had never been to Fleming’s before and was unsure what to order. We had the pleasure of being served by Shae, and from the very first interaction, she made a remarkable impression. When my client asked for recommendations, Shae asked a few thoughtful questions and then confidently offered, “I eat here all the time—would you trust me to order for you?” Although I typically stick to my usual order, her warmth and confidence put us completely at ease. That decision turned out to be the best one of the evening. Shae recommended the Prime Bone-In Ribeye with Colossal Diablo Shrimp, Fleming’s Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, and the crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon for both of us—every selection was outstanding. She later suggested both the carrot cake and the cheesecake, which were equally excellent. What stood out just as much as the food was the level of service. Experiences like this—where exceptional hospitality complements exceptional cuisine—are what keep guests returning. I would also like to thank the manager on duty, whom I believe was named Ken, for leading such a strong team. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Shae and the entire staff. Her service not only created a memorable dining experience, but quite literally helped me close an important business deal. Good food paired with great service truly makes all the difference.
