I wish that when you asked for the bagels just to be as is, that they wouldn't slice them. They tend to not clean their slicers in between flavors so you get onion with your cinnamon and cinnamon with your onion.

I don't work too far from the restaurant but, my sandwiches are not even warm by the time I get to work. This morning, my bacon was barely cooked. It almost looks like it went from the package to the bagel. Also, this is absolutely the slowest drive-thru in America. If you don't get there right when they open, forget it.

My Oktoberfest pretzel sandwich was delicious with the perfect amount of toppings. The bagel actually had salt on it which it should being a pretzel bagel. The staff was very fast and friendly.
