I was so impressed by her immediate greeting of warmth and a most radiant smile and cordial demeanor. I instantly felt like a valued customer, as Michelle treated me with respect( she knew right away I am a senior citizen), and is gifted in her skill of connecting with, not only me, the customer, but, me, the individual. In my opinion, this is a part of customer service that is not appreciated enough, but is an important aspect of it that cannot be taught or trained. I believe that Michelle is an awesome team player who represents the very best of Einstein Bros.at Toco Hills!
