  The order took forever to get ready, we're talking about around 18 minutes for 3 bagels sandwich, since they made me late, I left without checking the bag right in there. When we got to sit to eat we realized that they only put 2 of the 3 bagels in the bag. Very disappointed...

  El lugar es muy acogedor, realmente no les di las 5 estrellas en todo porque fue la primera vez que estuve ahí y pudo haber una falta de comunicación por el idioma, pero mi queja seria que pedí mi bagels con bacon y cuando la iba a morder revise en pero no tenía el bacon. Le comente a las personas que estaban y ellos tomaron mi bagels, frieron el bacon y me lo agregaron. Con respecto al chocolate caliente, si no eres muy fan a el exceso de azúcar mejor no lo pidan ya que el que me dieron estaba tan dulce que hasta dolor de barriga me dió (ojo: no estaba malo, es solo que no tolero tanta azúcar tan temprano en la mañana). Después de ahí el servicio y el local es muy bueno, además de que se puede ordenar online y pasar a recoger

  I ordered a breakfast sandwich ( jalapeno & cheddar bagel with double bacon & two eggs) alongside a small drink. I get back to sit down and eat my food and notice my bacon is raw on my sandwich. I give the location a callback and they tell me to come back to have that sandwich remade. I walk back and the sandwich is not made yet and they also let me know that they are out of the original cheddar jalapeno bagel that I had on my original order. They offer an asiago bagel to use for the order and i say yes to that option. I wait and get my food then I get back to sit down and eat. I grab my sandwich and pull out my napkins and condiments to see someone else's receipt. The receipt has someone named "GRANT" and that the pickup time was 8:58am. Im freaking out because this is the second issue I had. I give another call back and they said to bring it back to provide refund. I told them that I wouldn't be able to come back up but could send someone with the sandwich and the receipt that I found. My significant other goes down there to process a refund and they refuse saying they made it fresh and there's no way that I could have gotten old food. I'm confused because the food was lukewarm at best AND also I'm positive that they gave me someone else's returned order and used it to fix the original problem. The manager on site was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Seeing as I work in food service on the corporate level, I was highly disappointed to see the resolution of this problem. I tried to call back and the manager refused to help and hung the phone up on me. I would love to speak with someone on this and possibly get the refund of the bagel sandwich. It's been my third visit and I am sad that I will be unable to continue visiting more. Hope to hear back soon. Thanks! **I already filled out a form..still no reply yet. **As of 11/09, my problem was resolved by my bank. Had to do a chargeback. This company doesn't care about its customers..will not ever be returning!

  Food’s always nice but the staff ALWAYS at ALL TIMES act like they’re being forced to work here. I was waiting to order for minutes and despite two people behind the counter, no one cared. This happened with others behind me as well. I understood at first thinking perhaps they’re perhaps packing orders but no, they were discussing online shopping… The fresh orange juice is also not fresh. It’s definitely Tropicana.

  I went to get bagels here 3 times during the week I was staying in the area. 1) first time I went I ordered a half dozen bagels w/ 1 shmear and added 1 more extra shmear. I got my bagels and went back to my Airbnb only to realize that they didn't have any shmear so I went back and was told that I was supposed to have grabbed it myself. Ok so I did that but they they said that since I only got a dozen I am only supposed to take 1 so I had to explain that I purchased one more. Ended up ok but was a hassle to have to go back etc. 2) Not sure what the tipping culture is these days but gave a $3 tip on the $20 bill for the half dozen bagels. 3) Got a bagel on another day (was around $2.50) and tipped $1. 4) There was a homeless looking guy sitting at the first table on the left when you walk in. He was there every day that I went. I usually went early (at around 6am or so). One day I went at 6:05 and they hadn't opened yet but they opened the door for me and the homeless looking guy walked in with me. 5) Google said that they open at 5:30 so I went but the window said that they open at 6 so I had to go back. Perhaps someone should update the information on Google. 6) Bagels are good but they get really hard and dry after 1 day even though you keep it in the bag and close up the bag tight.
