- STSed tomJan 18, 20265.0Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!!!! The staff at the Weiuca Einstein’s Bagel are always friendly, upbeat, and on top of their game. Even when while it was so busy, they kept things moving smoothly and still took the time to be kind and welcoming. It really makes a difference. The store manager especially deserves a shoutout. Super professional, clearly cares about both the customers and the team, and it shows in how well the store is run (this is coming from someone who has tried all the locations in the city during my morning commute). Everything feels organized, calm, and positive, which is not easy to pull off during the Atlanta morning rush traffic) The bagels are always great, but the service at this location will keep me coming back. This place sets the bar for how a neighborhood spot should treat people. Highly recommend 🥯👏
