Waited 33 minutes to get a not toasted bagel and cream cheese. Bagel was stale. It obviously was not fresh this morning. I also watched numerous ordered tossed in the trash because the customers left the waiting area to catch their flights. The location does not have sufficient staff for the volume of customers and the staff employed there is incompetent and unconcerned about the customer. There are several other similar places in the airport. Stay away from Einsteins in Terminal D. I dislike saying that because I always enjoy an Einstein bagel at the Charlotte airport. But, I will never go to the Atlanta location again.

Go anywhere else. Even at 6am it’s not worth it to get food or a drink here. There is quite literally no chai in my chai latte. It is just burnt milk. They are remaking my sandwich and at least half a dozen other peoples. It took 15 minutes to get my drink and 30 to get my bacon egg and cheese bagel.

Food will be not what you ordered but is not toxic poison like most restaurants in the terminal. but you might miss your flight waiting for it. About 30 minutes for one bagel with cream cheese. Service is nonexistent but they’ll still extort a 20% tip. The staff are completely unsupervised kids. Doing their best but clearly zero training or organization. Oh and it costs a fortune. $25 for one bagel and a water.

We order two sandwiches on the way to our gate, waited for our food and went to the gate afterwards. When we sat down to eat, all they gave us was the bagels and not everything else. Our flight started boarding 20 minutes later and there was no time to go back and ask for a refund/replacement

AWFUL customer service. I got to Atlanta STARVING after a 12 hour flight from Tokyo. Just wanted a Tasty Turkey Bagel. Waited in line behind an older couple for 7-10 minutes because only one of the two ordering monitors were working and there was no other way to order, yet no one was helping them. Finally a worker helped them, and I went up to order on the screen. Tried to order a Tasty Turkey bagel, which is on the menu, but it wasn’t appearing on the screen. I asked a worker close by if I could have a Tasty Turkey bagel and she said they were out of some of the ingredients. I didn’t want some things on it anyway so I asked if I could just have the Asiago bagel with the turkey, tomato, and lettuce. All of which they had. But when the worker I asked help for turned to her coworker, who was making the food, and asked her to take it from there, she said, “I don’t know what we have and don’t have.” So I asked again if I could just have an Asiago bagel with turkey given that’s the basic part of the Tasty Turkey, and she said, “No you need to put something in on the screen.” And I literally ended up just walking away and skipping dinner because there was a long line behind me due to the time it took the older couple ahead of me to order. Awful experience.
