Worst service ever. Made lox bagels without any cream cheese, then when I mentioned it, they dropped two packages cream cheese in my hands to do it myself. They were slow and not hygienic. 4 people working with a line that was at least 15 people waiting, and no cashier, one machine working only to take orders…the salmon didn’t smell good either. This was easily the worst Einstein bagel I’ve ever been to and one of the worst bagel shops ever.

Ordered the advertised Turkey signature sandwich and it came on a bagel vs the advertised Ciabatta bread. Asked for a refund and was told “I ain’t gonna give you one, we don’t have that bread and the advertisement was old and they couldn’t delete it.” Was very belligerent to me and walked away?? Is this the best your establishment can do?

Expect a hugeeeeee line to place order. Not a user friendly kiosk. We could save time and effort if someone was taking orders rather than unfriendly kiosk. By the time you understand where is what in the kiosk, possibilities are high you will forget to order something and go through the line again. Half hour to reach kiosk , 5 mins to understand the kiosk and other 10 mins to get your order. Definitely understaffed which takes away the joy of enjoying a good bagel and coffee. There are no spreads sold separate. If you missed, you are done. You can come here if you have considerable amount of layover time.

Atlanta airport. I like a bagel toasted well done. Stood in line 30 minutes to order. Kiosks instead of people taking orders. Understaffed place, despite the fact that 3 kiosks freed up room from lost jobs. I told the worker I wanted to save her job and order from her. She smiled. But then "couldn't" toast a bagel twice ("it will burn") or just toast it well. Impossible, though I've been to Einsteins 100 times w/o this type of answer. The machinery not surprisingly couldn't process an employee discount. The cream cheese tasted nasty, old or something, but getting back in line or interrupting everyone's already long wait just wasn't worth the trouble. What a decline we're undergoing. People replaced with machines, worse service, higher prices, longer waits... but still a suggested tip starting at 18%.

They had one self checked turned off, so there was only one kiosk. Several people tried to order for a long time but were unsuccessful. No one offered them any assistance and they eventually would just give up and walk away. On to the next customer me! Success at last. Ordered my blueberry bagel. That’s it, just a bagel. Several of us strangers trauma bonded while waiting 30 minutes to order our food- and the. 20 more- minimum - to get it. One person was making the food- she was doing her best. The rest- just stood there. No one helped take orders to move the line, no one helped or seemed to even care if the customers got their food. I realize there can always be a delay- but almost missing boarding a flight because 1 HOUR wasn’t enough to get my very complicated- blueberry bagel. Then, the poor souls behind us in line were told they could not order food because they were out. Now I’m not a genius- but we all could SEE the bagels in the display. That was sad.
